Job Description:

Assistant Manager – QMS (Quality management system)

Purpose:
 To maintain, develop and continually improve upon the QMS – Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities:
 The maintenance and on-going development of Quality management systems and maintain all
required records.
 Develop a six monthly Audit programme and ensure this is kept up to date with audits being
carried out competently with all necessary actions completed within agreed timeframes.
 Conduct and supervise integrated QMS audits for all areas in the company.
 Manage the audit team, assign internal auditors to assist with the implementation of audit
programme and ensure audits are carried effectively and maintain all audit records.
 Review and analyze data from audit findings and customer complaints to identify adverse trends
and implement preventive action.
 Identify and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities and monitor progress.
 Notify in advance and prepare for the Management Review meeting.
 Ensure 6 monthly Customer feedback survey is conducted as per requirement and the analysis
and action thereafter.
 Ensure monthly Quality objectives are received in time from all departments.
 Ensure yearly Training calendar plan is received from all departments.
 Ensure Training done documentation is received in time and maintain training record.
 Coordinate and facilitate with the external auditors during the external audits.
 Supporting role to support HSE Engineer in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment
management systems.

Education:
 Bachelor’s degree in any field / engineering shall be preferred.
 MBA shall be an added advantage.
 Certified Internal Auditor / Lead auditor for ISO 9001

Experience:
 5 years experience in the field of Quality management systems.
