Upward Bound at Elizabethtown Community & Technical College is 100% federally funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of
Education in the amount of $250,000 for the 2010 - 2011 academic year. The college preparatory program will provide services to
area high school students in Grayson, Green, or Hart County. Potential candidates must commit to preparing themselves for post-
secondary education before being accepted to the program.
