Exercise Level Progress Project

Students will work together as a team and create a chart of either physical fitness or physical

activities to complete and fulfill their fitness goals. They will exercise together in groups

enabling them to feel encouraged and maintain a good level of progress.

To do this project, here are the following directions:

1. Create a chart titled, “Physical Fitness” or “Physical Activity”.

2. Label the first seven ROWS: “Monday-Sunday” adding the days and dates.

3. Label the second-through COLUMNS: “Activity/Exercise and Number of Minutes”.

4. Label the fourth COLUMN: “Total Number of Minutes”.

5. Use your cell phone or a timer to track your exercise time. Enter it into the

appropriate cell filling out your chart.

6. Include your fitness goals under the chart

7. Once you have filled out all the cells and completed the chart, evaluate, and compare

your results with other classmates to see any strengths or any improvements you all

want to accomplish.
