JOB INTERVIEW

QUESTIONS:
1. Tell me something about yourself.
Answer: I have always been motivated in doing my tasks on time. I know
being efficient and effective at work would contribute to the company’s
overall success. Moreover, I get frustrated when I’m not learning because I
believe a person that keeps on learning becomes a functional one in doing
his job.

2. What are your biggest strengths?

Answer: I am much attention to details, and task prioritization. I believe
that working on cautious and priority things that need to be done are the
requisites to make job more productive and convenient. Last year, I have
been recognized in our University as a “CSG officer of the year” for doing my
job effectively and efficiently.

3. What about your weaknesses?

Answer: I get too much dedicated on my work where I forgot sometimes to
have some rest of myself. I also overly critical, whenever I complete a task,
I tend to be felt that I could have done more even if I have a positive
comment. But I take time look at my achievements and thus helped me to
appreciate in everything I do.

4. Why should we hire you?

Answer: I have a solid work ethic which I do my work decently and properly
towards the company and my co-workers. I also prefer to engage in a new
challenge and opportunity to use my technical skills and experiences in a
different capacity. Moreover, I want to be your company’s asset who could
give much effort throughout the company’s success.
5. Why do you want this job and this company?
Answer: This will be the perfect position I’ve been looking for. Working with
you would offer me the chance to expand upon my experience and abilities
in in the world of industry. I know it would be a truly inspiring and fulfilling
condition to be part of your company.

6. How do you think you fit in the job position you are applying for?
Answer: Looking at the job description I think am the one you are looking
for. My background experience, as accounting staff, would equip me with
relevant skills for this job. I am very ambitious and determined to achieve
my goals and having enthusiasm to get work done that encourages others
to do the same thing

7. How do you handle work under pressure?

Answer: I maintain self-control and work effectively as possible as I can. In
my past experience, I enjoy working under pressure and I always worked
well during deadlines. Because of this, it helps me to grow and boost me to
go beyond my limits.

8. What can you offer to the company knowing that you are a fresh graduate
from the academe?
Answer: As a fresh graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, I can
really offer out from my learnings. I would really apply it thoroughly and
thoughtfully like making the proper and correct financial statements of your
company. It will be my pleasure to be part of your company’s success over
the years.

9. Are you a lone soldier or a team player?

Answer: I believe that working as a team is the best way to finish the job
immediately. I know it would help the company to become more productive
such that tasks are being done directly. Also, I want to establish a
relationship with them, so that, there will be peace and harmony while
working within the workplace.

10.Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Answer: In 10 years, I see myself being more confident about this field, with
more knowledge and experiences; I would like to develop with the company
and lead others in arriving at their own vocation objectives. I see my ideas
making a bigger positive impact on the company, and I will use my
communication and leadership skills to make this happen.
