Reading for detail:

(A)
This activity helps students to understand the paraphrased sentences and it can be
quite challenging for lower classes.
1-Teacher asks the students to read the questions quickly.
2-Teacher tells the students to read the text and answer the questions individually
(setting a time limit).
3-Teacher asks the students to set in groups of three and check the answers
together.
4-Teacher writes the answers on the board or discusses them with the students if
there is enough time.

(B)
This activity is an interesting and challenging one. Thus, the teacher should make use
of it in order to refresh their minds and not to let them get bored.

them look at the text to draw their attention to the gaps) and asks them what will
we use to fill the gaps.
2- Teacher checks the instructions again with them by telling them that they will fill
in the gaps using the verses below. Then give the teacher the original verses in
Arabic
3- Teacher informs the students that this will be a quick quiz and asks them to divide
themselves into two groups (group A—group B).Teacher tells the students that the
first group to finish will be the winner.

Follow-up Activity:
This task is very important as it represents the productive activity of this lesson. It is
divided into two parts.

Part 1:

1-Teacher divides the students into groups of two and asks them to discuss together
what are the main points mentioned in this lesson about the Day of Judgement.

2-Teacher tells them that Tim will write a paragraph in the Wall Magazine about the
Day of Judgement and asks them to read the first sentence in this paragraph and
complete it in their own words using the ideas they discussed together. (Teacher
makes note that they will work individually in a certain time set by the teacher)

3- After they finish, teacher asks them to swap papers to peer correct their mistakes.
