NOME OBBIETTIVO E MOTIVO

1) LA GESTIONE E LO SVILUPPO DEI TEAM: Imparare come gestire le complesse dinamiche


interne ad un team e contemporaneamente, raggiungere i difficili risultati richiesti. Questi concetti
assieme al saper creare una comunicazione efficace per Amazon sono fondamentali e vengono

prevedere il comportamento in diversi ambiti di business. Cio` e` fondamentale per la politica

3) INNOVATION & DESIGN LEADERSHIP: Imparare come costruire degli ambienti in grado di
stimolare l’innovazione e approcciarla con creativita attraverso lo sviluppo di nuove visioni. Amazon
