The objective is to ensure the minimum conditions to the management of flanges
and bolts during the isolation of equipment's and pipe lines.

The goal is to define the security measures during the execution phase. Theses
measures must comply with the requirements of the specifications (Process ,
Integrity , Maintenance and HSE )
