 Their responsibilities are to plan, develop, and coordinate government-wide
programs, policies, rules, and regulations governing the use, storage, and
disposition of current operating records of permanent or historical value. And also
to preserve and popularize Filipino Cultural Heritages by giving free access to
official records.

restoration and preservation of relics and memorabilia of heroes and other
renowned Filipinos.
