ACCEPTANCE OF KHULANAMA

I, Mohammed Noor, S/o S/o Late Ramzan & Mrs. Nazneen Begum aged about 48 residing
at #21D Block, 4th Cross, Rashad Nagar, APJ Kalam Road, Bangalore -560045.
Do here by solemnly affirm and declare as here under.
1. I stated that I was born to a Muslim couple hence I am by birth and practicing Islam,
and still I have undoubted belief in Islam and I am following the principles of Islam,
hence I am governing by ISLAMIC LAW / MOHAMMEDEN LAW / MOHAMMEDAN
SHARAITH.
2. I state that my marriage was arranged with one Mrs. Mohammadi Kausar D/o Late Abdul
Jabbar who is also a Muslim by birth with the permission of parents, elders and well-wishers
of both families, accordingly my nikah was solemnized with said Mrs. Mohammadi Kausar,
on 04/11/1996 at Masjid E Kousar, Govindpura, Bangalore – 560045. In presence of
parents, relatives, friends and well-wishers of both the families and in the witness of the
Jamath and with our respective consent and as per the rites, rituals and customs of
MOHAMMEDAN SHARAITH, he agreed to pay Meher and accepted the same hence I and
Mrs. Mohammadi Kausar are governed by Mohammed law/Islamic law.

3. I further state after the said marriage we had 3 children.

a. Male Named Mohammed Taiyab with DOB: 31/08/1998.
b. Male Named Mohammed Touheed with DOB: 01/06/2000.
c. Female Named Fathima with DOB: 06/06/2003.

4. Due to incompatibility to understand with each other a lack of misunderstanding between

Mr. Mohammed Noor, and Mrs. Mohammadi Kausar, and also due to other differences of
aims and objects could not lead a happy marital life apart from that we both tried to solve
through reconciliation but elders no fruits after long and serious discussions. And
deliberations Mr. Mohammed Noor, and Mrs. Mohammadi Kausar, decided to resolve the
differences.

1. I state that this day with good health sound mind & best consequence voluntarily without
any correction compulsion force o threat whatsoever, she seek khula the dissolution of my
marriage with me as I opt to come out from nuptial dome of marriage state supra and
concerted for the same hence forth this movement all my material rights obligations duties
whatsoever with the said Mrs. Mohammadi Kausar come to be ceased and I have no relation
with her and in presence of this khula, she has discharge acquit me from the duty and
obligations of payments of Meher and my maintenances for the period of iddath and their
after if any under the law and also she have discharge and acquitted me from payments of
Meher as she avoid the same in lieu of this khula. Further she discharges and acquit me from
payments of my life time alimony also as per previous E-Stamp Certificate No IN-
KA32556037012260N, Permanent alimony of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty
Thousand Only) has already paid on 24/03/2015 by Mrs. Nazneen Begum on behalf of Mr.
Mohammed Noor to Mohammadi Kausar.

5. I further state that this day she relinquished all my rights if any or the immovable or movable
properties of mine and I further state and declare that absolutely I have no rights, claim,
demand on the movable or immovable properties, bank deposits, security, share ,business,
concern whatsoever owned by me. I once again state and declare that in view of khula and
consent of the other side all our marital relations came to be ceased as I came out of marital
doom od marriage with the said Mrs. Mohammadi Kausar, hence this indenture of
declaration of khula through not necessary under the Mohammedan Law / Sharaith Law Or
Oral Khula is valid to give effective documents at avoid all future complication I entered in
this indenture.

6. I further state that we both decided along with respective family members and other well-
wishers it is decided that the said children born to us in future I and Mrs. Mohammadi
Kausar, will never file any case before any court of law with regarding to the said Children
 and as per previous E-Stamp Certificate No IN-KA32556037012260N our 1 st child named
Mohammed Taiyab, said to stay with father but now all 3 children will stay with
Mohammadi Kausar.

7. We state that Mr. Mohammed Noor, and Mrs. Mohammadi Kausar signed this document as
consenting parties in presence of witnesses.

8. I further report, declare, certify, confirm and undertake that no amount whatsoever is due to
her from me in respect of our above said marriage which is ceased forever and ever.
This is my true name and signature and the contents of memorandum of understanding are
true a correct to the best of our knowledge, belief, faith and information.
