POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know All Men by These Presents, that David Alen Stone, currently domiciled in the State of Missouri with a mail
contact location of 474 Double O Nine Road, Reeds Spring, Missouri, appoints Joseph Oquendo Saladino of Palmdale,
California area, or any person subcontracted by the same to be, as my true and lawful attorney in fact for and in my name,
place and stead to so act, within the limitations and provisions set forth below, hereby giving and granting to my aforesaid
attorney in fact full power and authority to do and perform every act whatsoever, requisite and necessary to do in any of the
following acts, commitments or engagements as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I, David Alen Stone, might or could do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney in
fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof:
My aforesaid attorney in fact shall have specific power, and all rights which I myself would hold under such power when
acting in my own stead, to:
1. File articles of corporation sole under the name of Glory Cove Ministeries on my behalf with the Utah Division of
Corporations and Commercial Code, Salt Lake City, Utah, which said Articles of Corporation Sole shall be signed by me
and by no other person but me prior to my submission of same to my attorney in fact, and to transfer by common
commercial courier to me a copy of the certification of my Articles of Corporation Sole thus filed, upon their issuance by
the said Division of Corporations and Commercial Code.
2. As my attorney in fact, also becoming a temporary and limited agent for the newly established Corporation Sole, to obtain
on behalf of the Corporation Sole as evidenced by the filing of the Articles of Corporation Sole referred to above, one (1)
certified copy of Apostille, issued pursuant to the Hague Convention, 1961, as issued by the Lieutenant Governor’s office
for the State of Utah, in the name, by the authority, and under the aegis of the ultimate overseer of the church, religion,
faith, or work represented by such newly registered corporation sole, and to transfer by common commercial courier to me
the one (1) Apostille upon their issuance by the State of Utah.
3. Nancy Lloyd is appointed as my designee to apply for an EIN should I elect to send two blue ink signed copies of the SS-4
to the processing center for submission to the IRS.
4. Without restriction and until cancelled by written notice from David Alen Stone, Joseph Oquendo Saladino or his designee
is authorized to open any mail addressed to Glory Cove Ministeries, which may be sent to the Utah forwarding address,
prior to forwarding said mail to David Alen Stone by USPS first class mail. David Alen Stone agrees to pay all USPS first
class mail charges for said mail forwarding by Joseph Oquendo Saladino or his designee.
This specific power of attorney shall extend only to the place and purpose specified above, namely, State of Utah, only
during the time which it shall be necessary for my attorney in fact to so act on my behalf in establishing the filing of the
Articles of Corporation Sole, the obtaining of the one (1) Apostille in conjunction with the said Articles of Corporation Sole
after which, this power of attorney shall, with the exception of number 4 above, be involuntarily terminated and forever
dissolved forthwith.
