Questions:

1. Are there any similarities in the details of the revolts you enumerated above? What are the recurring themes you can
find?
4.1

o The similarities in the details that I have observe are most revolutions are created because of the Spaniard’s
unjust law and regulations. There are also details that show how an experience of a Filipino brought them to
create followers and rebels because of their own problem with the Spaniards and not really because of their
love for the country. Also, every revolution lacks strategies, and at the same time, lacks the tools and weapons
to win over the Spaniards.

2. Overall, what can you infer about the outcomes of the revolts you listed? Why is it this way?

o I believe that their loopholes in their revolution are being too aggressive and lack of strategies. They show
how physical they are through fighting but the reality is that despite of their strength, they cannot conquer the
Spaniards because the weapons and tools of the Spaniards are way too far from theirs. Also, the lack of
knowledge of Filipinos to other things made them weaker because they do not know that their enemies are in
front of them already. Thus, they are easily trapped and caught by their opponents.
