Coordinated the formulation of a Strategic Communications and Outreach Plan on behalf of the Protective
Security Coordination Division in the Office of Infrastructure Protection at the United States Department
of Homeland Security. Developed strategy and analysis on behalf of the United States Air Force’s
Congressional Quadrennial Defense Review. Advised on the creation of the Risk Management Plan (RMP)
on behalf of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) which encouraged, among other things,
an efficient communication process throughout the Amtrak organization. Duties included the analysis and
development of the Risk Management Plan and analysis of relevant legislative action.

As a member of the 72-Hour task force, worked closely with the Campaign’s Ohio Executive and Political
Directors to organize the grassroots efforts in the final seven days of the campaign in Franklin County.

Took a leave of absence from Mr. Tiberi’s office to help coordinate grassroots activities during the final ten
days of Ms. Benjamin’s campaign. Led and organized a two-day bus tour throughout the district.

Served as lead advance for many major campaign events, including two separate district-wide bus tours that
