Learning Competency: Explains the performance practice (setting, composition,


role of composers/performers, and audience) of the 20 th century music (MU10TC-Ib-g-
4).

I. OBJECTIVES: At the end of 50 minute learning discovery, the grade 10


Gomez students are expected to:

a. describe the music of the 20 th century;

b. explain and appreciate the brief biography of selected composers


of the 20th century music through a group reports; and

c. create/ present an output on the different composers of the 20th


century music through a differentiated instructions according to
students’ interest.
II. CONTENT:

Topic: “Music of the 20th Century”

Sub- Topic: “Composers of the 20th Century”
