As you are aware that Trinity Institute of Professional Studies (TIPS) has started online
classes because classroom teaching is hampered due to lockdown ordered by the Government
in view of COVID19.
These classes are being conducted to avoid any academic loss.
As our journey into the realm of online learning continues, there are a number of issues that
will require our collective attention.
1. Attendance –You must attend the classes regularly and be attentive when the
messages regarding classes are posted in your groups. If students are not online and
don’t acknowledge the teachers messages, they will be marked absent.
2. Online Decorum –This is extremely important to make online learning a useful
experience. You are requested to follow these instructions during the classes.

 Mute yourself and preferably use earphones. Be online for the entire duration of the
session.
 Don’t write / mark anything on content shared by faculty
 In case you have any doubts and you need to communicate with faculty, communicate
through chat box
 Your login id should be with your complete name that is your first name and surname
so that faculty can mark your attendance. Do not create any fake id or usernames.

All classes are being monitored and chats automatically recorded -therefore, any mis-conduct
shall be considered as indiscipline and would call for action by authorities.
