Notice

Guidelines for B.A. Part III Examination (Hons. and General), 2020

The students are requested to go through the following guidelines before

appearing in the above mentioned examination.

1. Please keep enough number of A 4 Size paper with you before

October 1st, 2020.

2. Attach a scanned copy of registration certificate first, then front sheet

of the answer script and then attach your answer scripts serially

3. Front sheet: Write down the Date of Examination, Roll No.,

Registration No., Name of the Examination and subject Hons or
General, total pages attached on the top of the front sheet

4. At the bottom of the front sheet draw a box for inserting marks.

5. Do not write your name anywhere on the answer script.

6. Write your Roll No. and Registration No. and Page number on each
page but on one side of the paper.

7. Answers should be hand written only. Use preferably black ink pen to
answer.
8. Download a scanner app to scan your copy and send it in PDF format.
Do not scan same paper more than one time.
9. Do not send multiple emails.
10. No communication would be allowed through whats app, phone or in
any other form

between a teacher and a student during the examination.

11. Examination Time:

a. 11:30-12:00: Download of question papers from college or University

website.
b. 12:00-2:00: Answering time
c. 2:00-2:30: Scanning and uploading time of answer scripts

12.  You must fill up the attendance sheets just after sending the answer
scripts
13.  Note the following email address to send your answer scripts.
