Job description

Heading Centralized Stores & Logistics of Fabric & trims, trims quality & also two
sub-trim stores at Factories in (3 different locations) Capacity of production inhouse
17000pcs per day in 2 factories.

So far my achievements at this factory are,

1. Inventory carrying cost reduced lining material 3.75lac to 2.50lac.mts.


2. MIS reports giving to Head operations & Head finance.
3. Consumable purchase cost reduction & saving.
4. Fabric surplus inventory reduction 2.0lac, mts.
5. Packing materials are direct delivered to sub-stores & bills are accounted at
central stores. In that big saving one week before packing trims are arranged
saving storing space & inventory carrying cost to the company.
6. Conducting ever quarter physical stock audit with zero discrepancies.Company
internal auditors submitting the report to management.
7. Out sourcing production materials are dispatched & reconciled with zero
discrepancies.
8. Out sourcing packing materials are direct delivered to sub-factories directly.
Based on the CS confirmation to supplier, bills are accounted at CS.
9. Supplier wise monthly GRN statement will be forwaded to sourcing, accounts &
supplier for reconciliation purposes.
