1. Creating a New Vision Program Number (New Package)
1.1. (Go to Vision screen by click – Ctrl + ~` PS3) Scrolls lock 4 / 5

2.2 Select - Shutter Speed – select 1/500 (for all packages).

3.1 Select – “Run Screen Update Mode “then select “Continuous-A” or “Trigger”.
Continuous – Vision light turn on continuously. -> Then go to run mode to view

Trigger – Vision light Trigger On/Off during Production Mode.

What is the [Area] Measurement Tool?

You can binaries (convert into black-and-white binary data) the captured image and
measure either the white area or the black area. Using the Area measurement mode,
captured images are converted into black and white binary data. Either black or
white binary data can be measured.

The following measurement results are output in the Area measurement tool.
• Target Area: Area output in pixels. (Available in the limits menu)
• OK/NG: If the measurement value exceeds the specified tolerance (upper and lower
limit), an [NG] message is displayed. If it is within the specified tolerance, an [OK]
message is displayed.
• Measurement Area Position: Outputs the measurement window position in pixels
(available as a reference after calculation) Note that polygon measurement window
information is not output

white) Image.

6.1 Select – RS232 – PLC link.

6.2 Select – Add; Judge Value (W000, W001, W002); Total status; Total Count.

6.4 Select – Add again > Click at Total status.
6.5 Select – Add again > Click at Total count.
6.6 Select – OK and OK again to save changes.
6.7 Select – Output Menu from Main screen.

6.8 Select – Output Image and Select Camera 1 Default.

6.9 Select – Output Method > Select Ethernet and Select OK.

7.1 Select Global Title Bar.  Switch back to trigger

8.1 Switch the Remote Control Console to “RUN “mode to start Run.

9. Step to review failure capture during production.

Step 1 -* Go to PROG > Select - UTILITY > Select – Image Archive.
OK – Indicate on vision indicate Pass unit.
NG – Indicate on Vision indicate FAIL unit.

Press the console up button to view for 2nd unit image
