STRONG POINT:
She puts a lot of interest in learning, she became more confident and comfortable expressing herself
in English and she puts a lot of effort, even if it take her so long, it’s a great improvement on her skills.
Her comprehension and grammar skills improved really good, reading English texts helped her a lot.
She enjoyed learning and that helped her improved so much.

WEAK POINT:
She needs to acquire more English words for the progress of her vocabulary skills, this will be the
most helpful basic step for her so she could make her grammar stepped in the next level. Acquiring
English words will also help her to practice her pronunciations and for her to be familiar with it.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
Her proper intonation, speed and accuracy improved so much. The progress in comprehension and
grammar skills are impressive for she can acquire the text with her own understanding and even the
confidence of making her own sentences without filling the blanks.

TEACHING PLAN:
To introduce more English words for her vocabulary skills and to continue giving some lectures of
the Parts of Speech for the familiarity of words in a sentence. Training her “l” and “r” pronunciation
will still be part of the teaching plan within this term.

RECOMMENDATION:
Still recommending to read more English texts to practice the proper pronunciation and to gain
new words. Leaners are different from each other, if she acts bored, it doesn’t actually meant that she
is uninterested or inattentive, learning environment and learning management always depends on the
comfortability of the learners, as long as her learning outcomes are good, it means she is comfortable.

STRONG POINT: She is very obedient. Her pronunciation was good and the comprehension skill was
good too.

WEAK POINT: The attention needs to work out more, even getting her interest in learning should put
first. She is also struggling withsome unfamiliar words on the text.

ACHIEVEMENTS: So far, as a new regular student, she is more responsive than I expected. During the
class, she shows her effort on trying to cope up with the lesson.

TEACHING PLAN: To give some motivation to learn, interest in learning should put first before
anything else. Building the confidence to speak unfamiliar English words for her vocabulary skill.

RECOMMENDATION: She is a little distracted with her learning environment during the class. It’s
better for her to be in a place where she can comfortably express herself more, if she is not
comfortable with her learning environment, it will disturb her learning process.
