me, I would choose the “Seeds of Discontent” although Mr. Santiago Alvarez is more reliable because he witnesses the events in Tejeros Convention but Mr.
Agoncillo book mentioned some points and context that was not mentioned by Alvarez book. The story of his Tejeros Convention is more informative, and he
stated factual events with detailed information that makes it more comprehensive to the readers and more accurate and thorough. However, Agoncillo is
credible, but Santiago is more reliable and credible since he was the primary source.
