Today i.e. on 18.09.2020 at 1430 hrs received a complaint from Sri. Jampula Anjaneyulu S/o
Venkataiah, age:24 years, occ: cutting saloon, R/o near Ganesh temple, Marthandanagar, new
hafeezpet, miyapur. N/o Cherlatakala village, Tharur mandal, nagarkarnool dist. Cell no.
9010214543. which reads as follows.

Facts of the case are that petitioner Jampula Venkataiah, S/o Chinna Thimmappa, age:56 years,
occ: labour, and mother Ramulamma and his brother Parashuram are residing at Marthandanagar,
Miyapur. On 09.09.2020 at about 1000 hours petitioner mother shouted on Venkataiah that why are
you not going for work, keeping this in mind Jampula Venkataiah consumed Acid in bathroom.
Immediately petitioner shifted him to Kondapur government hospital for treatment. Later shifted
him to Osmaina hospital for better treatment. While undergoing treatment on 18.09.2020 at about
0 6 3 0 h o u r s d uty doctors declared tha t he wa s de a d. He nc e pe titione r r e qu e s te d f o r n e c e s s a r y
action.

Hence FIR.
Received on 18.09.2020 at 1430 hours,

As per the contents of the above petition, I registered a case in Crime No: 915/2020 U/Sec 174
Cr.PC and took up the investigation.
