 Honoured Sir,
Today i.e. on 18.09.2020 at 2000 hrs received a complaint from Sri. Chennuri Santhosh kumar
reddy S/o Chennuru Santhosh Kumar Reddy S/o Rama Subba reddy, age:30 years, occ: Private
employee, R/o H.no.8-415/15, Sapthagiri colony, Miyapur. Cell no.9866963544. which reads as
follows.

Facts of the case are that on 29.08.2020 at 1000 hours petitioner went to his native place for
medicare emergency. On 18.09.2020 at about 0900 hours petitioner received phone call from his
neighbor Sri. Chenchu Ramaiah stated that petitioner house door lock was broken and Almarah
doors in his bed room were broken and all things are thrown on bed and following items were
missing i.e. Silver bowl, 2. Silver Glasses-3, 3. Silver plate, 4. Kunkum Bharani-4, 5. Deepam
kundulu-2, 6. Gold ear tops (5 grams), 7. Silver vinayaka statue, 8. Silveer Saibaba, 9. Silver
Laxmidevi, 10. Silver Kanakadurga statue, were missing. Further petitioner stated that some
unknown person may commit theft of above items. Property stolen worth Rs.40,000/-. Hence FIR.

As per the contents of the above petition, I registered a case in Crime No: 916/2020 U/Sec 457,
380 IPC and investigation entrusted to M. Laxminarayana SI.
