Today i.e. on 18.09.2020 at 2315 hrs received a complaint from Sri. S. Ashok Kumar S/o
Rajanna, age:33 years, occ: business, R/o H.no.1-50/1, Miyapur. Cell no.9666813903. which reads
as follows.

Facts of the case are that on 18.09.2020 at about 2000 hours petitioner and his friend while
coming in car at Subhashchandrabose nagar, Miyapur, mean time one Anil came in wrong rout in
auto and stop infront of petitioner car, he was in drunken condition and abused him in filthy
language. He hold petitioner collar, mean time his brothers came there and they also beat the
petitioner. When petitioner brother in law Ramakrishna came there, they punched on Ramakrishna
and they threatened the petitioner and Ramakrishna with dire consequences. Hence petitioner
requested for necessary action.

Hence FIR.

As per the contents of the above petition, I registered a case in Crime No: 919/2020 U/Sec 341,
324, 504 IPC and entrusted the investigation to Ravikiran SI.
