ood facilitation makes the difference between a successful training programme and a failed one. A
facilitator must create an environment that brings out the best in all participants, while ensuring that
training objectives are met. The workshop is structured to allocate 70 percent of the time for group
discussion and practical presentations by attendees.

 To equip trainers with interpersonal skills to handle a variety of trainee personalities
 To reinforce the need for structuring presentations in line with global test practice.
 To enable trainers design role plays, case studies and practical exercises.


 Packaging training proposals & expression of interest documents.
 Designing attractive slides using advanced PowerPoint features
 Training evaluation and feedback analysis.
 Presentations by participants.
