JOB DESCRIPTIONS

RESTAURANT MANAGER

To maximize revenues & profitability of the restaurant and ensure prompt, accurate and
personalized service to all customers.

FINANCIAL

 To ensure daily, monthly, yearly revenue budgets are accomplished.


 Prepares the monthly managers report
 Implements the effective planning for the operations.
 Review the income and expenditure statement and actions accordingly.
 To ensure the cost are controlled effectively.

CUSTOMER

 Activity involved in planning and implementation of festivals / events.


 To keep abreast of market trends and events.
 To act on guest complaints and feedback and rectify the same.
 Involved in increasing the market shares of the restaurant and be the leader among all the other competitive
outlets.
 Builds rapport / P.R with guest.
 Actively involved in marketing of the restaurant.
 Carry out surveys and prepare a comparative analysis of competition.

PRODUCT

 To minimize the wastage.


 To train staff about the product and maintenance of service standards.
 To co-ordinate with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness.
 Emphasis on quality enhancement in terms of product and restaurant.

 Constantly strive towards innovation in terms of service and product.


 To co-ordinate with engineering for preventive maintenance of equipment.
 Making variation in the buffet with co-ordination of the chef.

LEARNING AND GROWTH

 Actively involved in staff training in terms of operational and job knowledge


 Conduct effective appraisals & job chats of staff.

GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISIOR

Ensure prompt, accurate and personalized service to all customers and take the responsibilities in the absence of
Restaurant Manager.

FINANCIAL

 Helps outlet manager to prepare the monthly managers report.


 Drive down the effective planning for the operations.
 To ensure the cost are controlled effectively.
 To co-ordinate and complete any other job / task assigned.

CUSTOMER

 Ensure personalized service is provided to all guest.


 Assisting outlet manager in planning and implementation of festivals in the outlet.
 Update outlet manager about the new market trends and events.
 Involved in marketing of the restaurant.
 Carry out market survey and analysis the same, report to the outlet manager on the same.
 Builds rapport / P.R with guest.

PRODUCT

 Emphasis on quality enhancement in terms of service and product


 To minimize wastage.
 Co-ordinate with engineering and housekeeping for upkeep and better maintenance of restaurant equipment.

LEARNING AND GROWTH

 To train staff in co-ordination with the outlet manager about the product and service knowledge
 Maintain cordial relationship with allied departments.

GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Ensure prompt, accurate and personalized service to all customers

 Carry out personalized service to all guests.

 Follow instruction given by outlet manger / supervisor.
