CIRCULAR REGARDING ACADEMICS AND ASSESSMENTS

Dear Parents/Students,

Kindly read the following instructions carefully.

1) All the students are requested to attend the online classes regularly.
2) All the examinations will be conducted through the online mode.
3) There will be two parts
(a) OBJECTIVE TYPE QUESTIONS - Through Google forms.
(b) SUBJECTIVE TYPE QUESTIONS - Through Google Classroom.
4) The syllabus and the time table of examinations are given here.

5) The time duration for each subject will be informed in the examination schedule as per the subjects
and classes.
6) Objective answers will be submitted through GOOGLE FORMS within the stipulated time.
7) Subjective answers: Students will upload the PDF of the answer sheets within the stipulated time in
Google Classroom. Kindly mention the name, class, section, admission no. and date in all the answer
Sheets. (PDF file should carry your name class section and roll number). These answer sheets must be
signed by both student as well as parents before submitting in Google Classroom. If you hand in/turn in late
and submit or resubmit the answer sheet in Google Classroom Your answer sheets will not be evaluated.

8) Students are requested to keep the hard copy of the answer sheets safely with them. At the end of
the examination, you have to submit the hard copy of all the answer sheets in the Senior Wing.
Date and time will be informed to you later. In whatsoever reasons late submission will not be
considered.

9) Online Examination can be changed into Offline mode if GOVT. permits to open the Schools.

November 2020 Half Yearly Examination.
January 2021 Periodic Assessment II (Std 1-9 and Std 11)
January 2021 Pre-board for classes X & XII
March 2021 Second Term Examination.

KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Kindly prepare your ward for the Periodic Assessment-1.
2. There will be no subject enrichment activity during the exam. The activities
are already conducted by the teacher.
3. Teachers will be correcting the notebooks, kindly reach them to the school.
4. Kindly clear the fee dues.
5. Students will write the subjective part of the test on A4 size ruled sheet. Any
other sheet should not be used for writing the test.
