Common errors

 Air in the pipe line ( Too high flow, sometimes erratic unstable flow))

 Wrong cable connections ( between sensor/transmitter or on output)

 Use cable of bad quality ( local cable – ”cheaper solution”)

 Mixed up sensorproms ( wrong flow rate )

 Bad grounding (PTFE lined sensors with no grounding electrodes)

( erratic unstable reading with and without flow)

 Wrong sensor selection due to amount of solids.

( stable with no flow, erratic unstable flow with flow
due to electrode noise)

Password – Sensor Characteristics

Sensorprom must be installed. Otherwise

all data must be programmed manually

If Sensorprom is NOT installed

Error code 40 can be suppressed

Sensor size – if no sensorprom sensor size

must be programmed in metre. Eg, DN 100 = 0.100

Calibration Factor from wet calibration – can be found

on sensor label and calibration report.

Factory password: 1000 Correction Factor - must be 1.0000

To be changed in special conditions only

Excitation frequency according to Sensor size.
