THE PENICILLIN
In 1928, while Alexander Fleming goes on holidays, he leaves a dirty Petri dish in the
lab, when he returns; he finds it full of bacteria. With his microscope he notes that
all the bacteria that were there had died except where mold had formed. This is how
he discovered penicillin, the most widely used antibiotic to cure many deadly
diseases in the world such as pneumonia, syphilis, tetanus.
Other inventions that also changed the history of the world were: wheel, train,
computer, electricity, vaccinations, car, etc.
LA PENICILINA
En 1928, mientras Alexander Fleming se va de vacaciones, deja un plato sucio de Petri en el laboratorio,
cuando regresa; lo encuentra lleno de bacterias, con su microscopio nota que, todas las bacterias que
estaban allí habían muerto excepto donde se había formado moho. Es así como él descubrió la penicilina, el
antibiótico más utilizado para curar muchas enfermedades mortales en el mundo como la neumonía, sífilis,
tétano. Otras invenciones que también cambiaron la historia del mundo fueron: la rueda, el tren, la
computadora, la electricidad, las vacunas, el carro, etc.
