introduction
w
Valorous Order: Insignius Blade is a massive story-driven roleplay taking place within the world of Empyria, a powerful empire known for its resilience
and advanced societies that is often compared to that of the perfect utopian civilization. The setting primarily takes place on the surface of Aucteraden, one
of the twelve autonomous provinces located in Agartha, the colossal home planet of the Empyrian Empire. The story will follow a series of arcs planned by
the game masters, in which the player will have the freedom to control their character and decide on the outcome of the event through their influence.

grand lore
w
The galactic superpower known as the Empyrian Empire, more commonly known as “Empyria”, stands strong in the year 709 of the Empyrian calendar,
located within the sixth of the seven realms that make up the universe. The empire reigns supreme dominance over a single exoplanet located in the Milky
Way, named “Agartha” by its founder, Eleanor Priscilla Ophelia. Along with its home world, the empire also holds sovereignty over its multiple moons and
other planets that is located outside the Empyrian space, such as the Vecturias Kingdom and the Eldrion Dominion, two former mighty nations who sold
their loyalty to the Empyrian Empire in exchange for their military’s assistance in any conflict they may come cross. The supreme power of Empyria
exceeds even its intergalactic reputation, as it is considered by many to be the ideal society created by the survivors of tyrants, as the legend of the empire’s
founding empress remains to be influential on a universal level.
Besides its sheer might of the Imperial Army, the empire is known for one other reason, the renewable and valuable resource known as Vicarius energy
that can only be produced in the core of Agartha, extracted from the northern regions of the mainland. The energy alone powers the entirety of Empyria,
giving life to the beautiful architectures that can be found on almost every province. Due to its versatile status, the energy can be used for powering
devastating weapons and even space crafts, making it one of the most demanded resources from the outside world that wishes to duplicate the energy for
themselves, though it was proven to be impossible due to the unique materials that is required to create the energy source, let alone mass produce it. The
Empyrian Empire uses the Vicarius energy for almost everything, including powering their massive civilizations and creating weapons to defend the
empire from any future threats it may have to face.
The world of Empyria is divided by twelve autonomous provinces, under the supreme rule of House Ophelia, the royal family. Each of the twelve province
has its own government system that abides by the constitution of the Aeterna Imperium, the eternal law of the empire written by the Founding Empress.
Those who have proven their worth to the empire and are rewarded by its ruler to regulate a province are called the Collbrandes of Ophelia, a group of
twelve powerful individuals that has sworn their oath to protect the interests of Empyria until the end of their days. These individuals supervise one
province each, having full executive control over its government. The Collbrandes remain to be the most politically powerful group of individuals in the
entirety of the Empyrian Empire, just below the throne as they are the protectors of the Aeterna Imperium. However, while they remain to have full control
over the provinces below the monarch, another triumvirate group exists above the Collbrandes, known as the Cardinal Caliburn Order, each symbolizing
the three crest of Empyria: Valor, Revelation, and Divinity.

history & culture

I. foundation era | declaration of the aeterna imperium 0 – 100 EC

Eleanor Ophelia, the legendary revolutionist and astronomer from Earth and the one who founded Agartha and established the world of Empyria that
would later become the galaxy's fiercest empire. The beginning of the official Empire Calendar began the moment Agartha chose its master on November 8,
2136, the title being given to Eleanor Ophelia as that would later establish the royal bloodline and begin the new age of Empyria. The world began to build
itself as people from all across the galaxy began to travel their way to Empyria, seeking refuge in the kingdom in order to get away from the factions they
were once part of. This would eventually create a kingdom expanding to the millions.

This process eventually made Empyria grow to the point of becoming a kingdom strong enough to defend itself as more and more members of Empyria's
elite began to notice their true power behind the Cataracts they received. Using their powerful abilities, the Noble Houses were established and laws were
created with the first generation of Collbrandes. Without major conflict, the beginning era of Empyria wasn't the most peaceful of eras as many different
scavenger factions would periodically terrorize the kingdom, only to be met with the pure destructive power of the Cataracts. The sheer power of these
phenomena began to spread the word across the galaxy, as less threats began to appear near Empyria over time.

II. first great war | battle for agartha 160 – 172 EC

The first major conflict occurred after Eldrion Dominion’s hostile threats, forcing the Empyrian Empire to arm their soldiers as quickly as possible. The first
contact of war began after the Eldrion’s series of attacks from space, later stating that the goal of their invasion was to usurp the Vicarius Energy flow for
their own usage, essentially enslaving the Empyrians during the process. As common conquerors ruled by a Eldrion Warlord, the invasion was devastating
and costed Empyria trillions in damages that was difficult to repair overtime. However, Empyria was able to stand their ground and emerged victorious
after 12 years of raging warfare on both land and air.

The key points behind the empire’s victory resides mainly on Cataracts and Empress Novalor’s demonstration of competence, the latter leading the army
with an iron fist. Along with the triumvirate group called the Cardinal Caliburn Order, the counterattack against the Eldrion forces from the mainland
became successful overtime, along with Solomon von Bismarck’s great efforts in defeating multiple Eldrion commanders. The final blow that left that
concluded the war was made during the final conflict between two leaders, as the Eldrion Warlord challenged Empress Novalor in a private duel to decide
the fate of the long war. The latter later brutalized their opponent into severe conditions, leaving the Warlord permanently damaged.

III. golden era of peace 210 – 550 EC

After the First Great War, peace was difficult to establish. With Empress Novalor resigning from the throne shortly after the conflict, she reportedly
collapsed and died from lethal wounds caused by the Eldrion Warlord, though that has never been confirmed visually by anyone but Siegfried Ouroboros.
Her sudden retirement from power was troubling alone, as her children were believed to be not nearly capable as she was, especially due to the fact that
majority of her children were born a decade before the war. However, her 2nd eldest son, Samuel Zolvien Ophelia proposed to take the throne during
difficult times, despite being the weakest among the link in terms of strength.

Due to the lack of competition amongst the Ophelia bloodline, Samuel became the 3rd Emperor of Empyria at the age of 23, on the year 174. Despite doubts
and cynicism from the general public, he later proved himself to be the competent leader that was required to rebuild the empire, establishing peace quicker
than most anticipated through his great leadership. After his grateful services to the empire, he retired from the throne on 251 EC and was succeeded by
the first prince, Xathaniel Ruther Ophelia on 252 EC. Peace resumed for the next three centuries, as mechanized walkers and the special weapon “Ascalons”
were invented, as the imperial army improved their weapons drastically during their time of peace.

IV. second great war | crimson empyreal tragedies 553 – 557 EC

The invasion of the Rythen Empire occurred from March 3rd, 553 to December 21st, 557. The first signal of the war happened when the Rythen Empire shot
down an Empyria’s spacecraft from orbit, beginning the start of the galactic war until it reached onto Empyria’s soil, losing millions of civilians and
soldiers during the attack. The exact purpose of this confrontation remains largely unknown to most Empyrians but were to quick to assume that the
Rythen Empire were after Agartha’s unending clean energy, though that is merely a speculation and nothing more. Led by Gilanein, the 7th Commandant
of the Rythen Empire, the Rythens swarmed the entirety of Empyria within just a few weeks, taking over more than half of the planet.

During this time, the empire was led by the 5th Ruler, Eusford Ophelia, who was mostly responsible for multiple military operations undergoing massive
failures due to his extreme incompetence in leading the war. With no experience in combat and his incapability to use his Cataract for war, he was
eventually overthrown by his eldest son, William Ophelia and assassinated during the coup d'état. After usurping the throne and declaring himself the
temporary ruler of Empyria, William awakened most of his Cataract’s powers and began the counterattack, which remained widely successful to the point
where the enemy Remnants had to consider a retreat. Though this particular information is inaccurate, it was said that William Ophelia fought Gilanein
alone and emerged victorious, forcing the latter to declare the end of the war by retreating completely.

V. aftermath 558 – 693 EC

The devastation of the Second Great War left Empyria crippled to its core, with nine of their twelve provinces being completely ravaged. Billions lost their
lives and merely two of the Collbrandes survived, including Xanthos Hels Kaiser, the leading colonel general that served directly under the Symbol of Valor.
He was the first to be honorably given the Medal of Valor by Siegfried Ouroboros herself, providing him with great honor. With the sudden death of
William Ophelia who was soon going to canonized as the 6th Emperor of Empyria, the empire readjusted the decision and instead gave the crown to
Waldstein Zure Ophelia, naming the younger brother of William the 6th ruler. The aid of House Bismarck played a key role in rebuilding the empire, as the
aftermath of the war further brought the common folks and the nobility together in the hopes to recreating their home.

VI. war on raignork | operation downfall 697 – 698 EC

After a series of misfortunes amongst the Ophelia family after King Waldstein Ophelia’s death, the last surviving member of the Ophelia family, Aeryn
Kure Ophelia became the 7th Ruler of Empyria on November 29, 694 at the age of 13. With the advisor Collbrande Zereos Bismarck by her side, Queen
Aeryn declared war against the Rythen Empire and began the official War on Raignork on February 8, 697. The war lasted for nearly a year, ending the
conflict on January 6, 698 by dropping the largest nuclear warhead Empyria had at its disposal. While the war concluded in a victory, half of the Rythen
Empire’s military still remained at the end. Eight of the twelve Collbrandes that fought in the war were either honorably discharged from their position or
killed in the battles, along with two of the twelve Remnants of Ouranos.

The conclusion of this war stripped the Rythen Empire from their intergalactic superpower status, as news of the “Empress of Calamity” being dead began
to spread around the universe, praising the Empyrian Empire for their valorous victory against the tyranny. This led to a series of events of other
technological nations joining the empire, some signing an agreement to become its commonwealth under Empyria’s constitution, in exchange for the
empire’s protection. However, the truth would later be discovered that the Empress of Calamity never perished along with the planet, nor was she present
in the war to began with. It is currently unknown why the Empress never revealed herself in the war, but some speculate that it was her cowardice that
costed the Rythens the conflict. There are still many mysteries to unfold about the impossible conclusion of the war.

VII. saygien conflict 700 – 701 EC

Shortly after the war ended another conflict arose from Sector Nine, on June 15, 700. After the Saygien Faction ordered an attack on the Empyrian Embassy
located on the southern region of the planet, the faction waged a minor war against the Empyrian Empire for personal freedom. However, the war ended
quickly in no less than 6 months due to Empyria’s super weapons and their general superiority in technology and military power. The Saygien Conflict was
led by Draigh Kaiser and brought another victory to the empire on December 14, 700. This battle would later cause Empyria to place sanctions around
Sector Nine and dispose of the rebellious government, destroying any chance of another insurgency.

VII. scarlet era | reign of valor 703 – Current EC

The Scarlet Era, officially established by Empress Aeryn Kure Ophelia on the year 703 in her valiant speech, is the current era of Empyria. It was boldly
stated to represent Empyria’s final steps in achieving their audacious title of being called the Paragon Empire of the Final Supremacy, after the Empress’s
claim that the empire has remained neutral and passive for far too long. With the Rythen Empire crippled from their superpower status, Empyria began its
process of recruiting for other commonwealth realms that were interested in exchanging their loyalty for Empyria’s protection, in which many offered.
However, many were turned down as fraudulent became noticeable, some nations deliberately injecting their own nobility into the ranks of Empyria in
hopes to returning home with a Cataract user. This process would later cause Empyria to warn other nations with force.

The Empyrian Empire has territories around the Milky Way, including the Eldrion Dominion and the Vecturias Kingdom that is located in the outer edge of
the galaxy. However, the sole mainland of Empyria is resided in a planet called Agartha, commonly known as Mainland Empyria to the foreigners. Agartha
is a gigantic planet consisting of 7 large continents and 12 provinces, each ruled and governed by the Collbrandes of Ophelia. However, each province is
required to have a provincial government head, who shares the legislative power with the Collbrande. Each provinces have their own set of government
that is unique to their own, few examples being that Elesrith is ruled by cardinal aristocracy, and Aucteraden is ruled by electocracy, while remaining under
the absolute rule the monarch of House Ophelia, the rightful rulers of the Empyrian Empire.

I. Province of Elesrith | Imperial Realm of House Bismarck

Elesrith, also commonly known as Northern Empyria of Bismarck, is the largest province in mainland Agartha ruled by the renowned House Bismarck. As
the province that maintains the distribution of Agartha Energy and the majority of the Imperial Army’s equipment, it is a province that is ahead of its time,
effectively forming a monopoly when it comes to the economy of Empyria. The province is also known for one of the most famous tourist locations in the
world; the beautiful Great Mountain of Agartha that produce an endless amount of clean energy for the entire mainland. While Elesrith is home to multiple
races, it is predominated by the Exhelians, especially the capital Imperius that is known for thousands of rich, common nobles that support House
Bismarck. It is by far the richest province with the most power outside of Caliburn Vitos, and is the main gathering place of the Collbrandes during urgent
meetings. Elesrith is ran by Cardinal Aristocracy, a unique type of government system exclusive only to the golden province of prosperity.

II. Province of Volcrest | Imperial Realm of House Wolfheze

Volcrest, the crown piece that complemented the shines of the other jewels of the North. After the Reconstruction Era, Volcrest saw an economic boom due
to the number of projects that sought to reconnect the Empire’s intergalactic commerce. Having housed hundreds of nobles and their entourages during the
war, those that remained would go on to become wealthy investors of the province. Infrastructures, sanitation, schools, law and order, nothing was
untouched by the aristocrats that dwelled here. Volcrest is a research outpost in the guise of a cosmopolitan center. Rather than juggling both industrial
and architectural ventures like Sanguinum, Volcrest is primarily focused on energy research and medicine. The province possesses highrises, spiraling
towers, floating research facilities, and Vicarius stations throughout the countryside.

III. Province of Aucteraden | Imperial Realm of House Kaiser

Aucteraden is the heart of Empyria’s technological advancements, harboring the majority of the top corporations within the tech industries. The province
is best known as the “City of Opportunity”, though the moniker focuses more at the heart of Seraphiel, the provincial capital of Aucteraden nominated as
the fastest developing city known in Mainland Agartha. Despite its advanced civilization that seems to allure the aspiring, young citizens, the province is
riddled with organized crime and chaotic gangs, in which most associate with corrupted politicians. Naturally, the presence of the NRA is higher within
Aucteraden than any other province in Empyria, as the criminal rate calls for sturdier lawful enforcement to deal with the arduous problem of organized
crime.

IV. Province of Sanguinum | Imperial Realm of House Vamperius

A center of industrial advancements, Feuersturm spartan fervor and Vamperius’s favorable governance, home of New Yurtivel's Magecraft Institution and
Amadeus’s Elenium, it is widely referred to as the Peloponnese of Agartha. The cradle of industrialization, art, and social divide during the Fall of the
Feuersturm. The Feuersturm’s early prominence and their conflict with House Vamperius have inadvertently instilled a sense of militarism among its
populace as a result. In modern times, New Yurtivel is a large cosmopolitan metropolis and central to industrial, political and cultural life in Sanguinum. In
turn, Sanguinum would impart a fraction of industrial power to mainland Agartha, having seen a rugged past under Feuersturm and slightly refined over
time by the Vamperius.

X. Province of Gloireaux | Imperial Realm of House

Gloireaux, perhaps one of few thriving realms within the southern domain of Agartha, stands as a beacon for many of the activities performed within the
remains of the greater region. It’s capital, Lumence, making up the vast majority of any activities going on within the location. No different from the rest of
the great cities of Agartha-proper, Gloireaux real hallmarking feature is its populace. Namely, the Demonoids. Gloireaux’s history tells of its origins in the
hands of the most ancient amongst the Demonoids’ presently alive elders, more specifically in the hands of the Great Rythen Rebel “Alean Vermoux,”
commonly referred to within the Agarthan canon and history as “Vemphrion.”

XI. Province of Dosidicus | Imperial Realm of House

Dosidicus is the site of one of Agartha’s largest industrial operations, utilizing its natural abundance of resources to fuel its constant, continuous, and
unceasing excavation, refinement, and manufacturing processes. It is the home to many of the Empire’s less savory populace, whether that be those forced
into the hard life of pure labour by their own poor circumstances, or those forced into the industry through punishment for criminal acts. All are made
equal, as they find their new mass-produced abodes mere moments away from the factory-lines. The landscape itself is largely barren, deforested and
occasionally leveled to leave space for its construction of an ever-growing factory complex.

XII. Province of Novarion | Imperial Realm of House Maroni

Despite her rowdy populace, cheap labor, low quality housing, and militarized Carabinieri police, Novarion is the top producer of high-quality tobacco and
incense. Anzio, her main port, is teeming with traders from all around Agartha. Novarion is a less-ideal place for tourism, but boasts a strong Agarthian
population. The province is plagued with corruption and low living standards, but remains a diverse place for many races due to cheap expenses and
promises of guaranteed employment. More than thirty percent of Novarion residents are illiterate, but boasts a high amount of skilled laborers. Novarion is
one of the few provinces that has a multiple secondary language system in its educational program.

cataract | foundation of nobility

I. general information Cataract Informative Database 01

The product of Agartha’s magical phenomenon from the beginning of the Foundation Era, exclusively given to Eleanor Priscilla Ophelia before dividing her
own power to her trusted subjects. It is formally known as “Agartha’s Blessing”, though it is more commonly called “Cataracts” due to its activation process
baring similarity to the medical condition. These powers in particular are exceedingly more powerful than regular magic and normally have no
repercussions other than overusing its abilities, though that may vary from user to user depending on the resources that is required to use their Cataract.
There is only one requirement in obtaining a Cataract, to be born with the blood of the nobility. The offspring of the Empyrian nobility will always be born
with “Natural Affinity”, which is required to manifest a Cataract in the first place. However, not all noble bloods are able to materialize their own Cataract,
especially those who were born under a parent which one is a commoner.

The success rate of developing one’s Cataract is less than 35% for those whose parents are intermarried between common blood and noble blood. However,
this seems to be rather inconsistent in the family tree, as those with Natural Affinity but without Cataracts are able to have children with Natural Affinity
of their own, with the same chance of obtaining a Cataract based on their other parent’s status in the hierarchy. However, those born under two noble
parents will have a near 100% success rate in manifesting their true powers, the Natural Affinity within them developing its own unique abilities that can
either be severely destructive or immensely supportive. There is almost no way to decide or predict one’s abilities during the early stages of their life, as the
powers they manifest are almost entirely random, though it is heavily influenced based on which noble house they come from. The Houses of Valor
produces the most lethal Cataracts, while Revelation and Divinity contributes with the utility Cataracts within the empire.

II. development & evolution Cataract Informative Database 02

Obtaining a Cataract is a privileged endowment that is heavily associated with one’s predestined fate. To develop its powers and master the capabilities is a
matter of one’s will and determination in what they wish to do with their profound powers. Every Cataract begins its initial development from the first
phase, which is the base power and where the Cataract’s primary ability is available. As one trains their mind and body, the natural affinity within that
individual will grow and develop along with the person as age is also dependent on their growth. Physical training, including practicing magic and incarce
control, seems to also assist in originating the Cataract to become more diverse. However, exercising the mind was proven to be the most effective way in
growing a Cataract, as the person’s emotional stress may play a heavy part in obtaining new phases. All Cataract seems to have a total of five phases,
before they are able to learn and utilize the hidden potential of their powers, which is called “Final Phase: True Phantasm”.

III. final phase | true phantasm Cataract Informative Database 03

The Final Phase is considered to be the ultimate ability of a Cataract, the finalized attack that is considered to be the strongest in the wielder’s arsenal. It is
the absolute maneuver, allowing the user to unleash their Cataract’s full potential and becoming more powerful than before, something that cannot be
easily defended against, especially if the Final Phase is related a combative Cataract. The other title of this phase is called True Phantasm, as it is widely
believed that the phase can only be obtained by understanding one’s desires, outside of intense physical and mental training that is required to manifest the
final phase. However, not every secrets regarding the final phase is documented. Some were able to use their True Phantasm ever since birth, while some
randomly obtained the ability to cast their True Phantasm after suffering a serious traumatic event, though they were unable to reuse it afterwards. A few
rare cases of one awakening their True Phantasm without practice was William Ophelia, the legendary hero of Empyria during the second Great War.

general information Cataclysm Informative Database

Cataclysms, infamously known as the Crimson Aegis of the Aeterna Imperium, are twelve world-class Cataracts formerly belonging to the 1st generation
of Collbrandes. These are considered to be the most powerful Cataracts in Empyria with each having diverse abilities that can critically damage continents
worth of lands. They are the weapons of mass destruction reserved only for international emergencies, as nine of the twelve Cataclysms are kept in a secret
vault in Caliburn Vitos, with its whereabouts only known to the monarch and the Cardinal Caliburn Order, which holds the three for themselves as the
rightful progenitors of the power. As of 709, the nine Cataclysms has been used once during the second Great War, the notorious Starpiercer being used
against one of the Remnants of Ouranos, successfully playing a key part in pushing the Rythen forces away from the mainland.

I. starpiercer | Solomon von Bismarck Locked Away | Vault of Eleanor

The most powerful of the series known for its ability to pierce through stars without
effort, it is possibly the most destructive weapon within Empyria’s arsenal. When the
Cataclysm is summoned by the wielder of the Natural Affinity connected to the
Starpiercer, it takes a form of a majestic spear constantly radiating the same aura as
the original owner of the weapon, Solomon Bismarck. The Cataclysm is currently
sealed within the secret vaults of Exelica.

hexennacht system | roots of global magic

I. general information Hexennacht Informative Database 01

The Magic system of the Azelcrad Realm, also known as the ‘Hexennacht System’, is a magic system mainly used by those who were born within the
Azelcrad Realm. The Hexennacht System strictly only belongs in the said realm, as those who are able to use this system were born with the magical
affinity incarce, that allows them to cast powerful spells that could either be destructive or supportive to life. Azelcrad is the name of the sixth of the seven
realms, where Empyria is located.

I. mana source | incarce Hexennacht Informative Database 01

Incarce is simply referred to as the mana that is used as a catalyst for casting spells. It also gives anyone a magical affinity from which they can cast spells
of a certain school of magic. What is a mana circuit or magic circuit is simply called an “incarce circuit” in the Empyrian context. Individuals that are not of
Empyrian origin are often exempted from this rule but are usually similar with only differences in context and perhaps even anatomical differences.
Empyrians have an extra set of “blood vessels” in their bodies that act as the incarce circuit that flows throughout their body, this incarce originating from
Agartha’s energies. Simply put, “incarce” and “incarce circuit” are other terms for “mana” and “mana circuit” or “magic circuit” respectively with some
minor differences.

There are two kinds of incarce: “Regular” and “Corrupted”. The regular is simply put, the ordinary form of incarce or mana that is accessible to all
Empyrians with the aforementioned characteristics. Corrupted incarce is similar to regular incarce but vastly different in the sense that it is tainted by a
certain dark power in the form of Azmis Ouranos’s influence through her original realm and powers that give the Corruptions that she grants unto her
Remnants and the weaker variants in some of the Demonoid ranks. This corrupted incarce grants its wielders immense boosts in power at almost no cost to
themselves, giving them a wider range of magical capabilities and increased access to higher tiers of spells.

rebranding themselves from the title, which was an attempt to distant themselves from the human race that once resided in Earth who were also the main
culprits behind their world’s permanent destruction. The idea of Exhelian was introduced by Empress Eleanor during the historical event of Campaign
Overhaul, to completely change the racial profile of every civilian of the Empyrian Empire at the time, including the Nyxian and Demonoid race that
mainly resided with them. The primary mission failed as they were mainly opposed of the idea, as Empress Eleanor allowed the Nyxians and Demonoids to
retain their title while the humans were onboard with the idea. The term later became the official title of the remaining human race.

Demonoids are the second dominating race of the Empyrian Empire, formerly an exclusive race of the Rythen Empire before their daring escape from

societies in the galaxy. Approximately 89% of the Demonoid race is currently residing in Empyria, occupying around 30% of the population of the empire,
making them quite the common species. The general perks that comes with inheriting the blood of the Demonoid race includes increased longevity and
organ regeneration, though the latter tends to be exclusive to pure-bloods with only a few hybrids inheriting the trait. Besides the common longevity that
can span from 1,500 to 2,000 years, the Demonoids are also gifted with greater athletic capabilities compared to that of Exhelians.

Their appearance remains to be mainly humanoid, except majority bares demonic features around their body. From mixture of growing horns made out of
bones in the center wrapped around a thick-layer of keratin to feathered wings, the Demonoids are an odd race compared to the others. A Demonoid’s
racial features are entirely dependent on their parents’ features, as the child usually always inherits the features of their father or mother, sometimes mixed
with both. However, rare occurrences often happen where a child is born with neither of their parent’s features and instead inherits their own demonic
features, though these are considered to be birth defects as majority of them meet their fate to the sudden death syndrome. However, those that do survive
seems to live shorter lives on the long run.

history, as majority of the historical figures that contributed to the rise of the empire’s technology scene were Nyxians. Before the fall of their own
civilization outside the Milky Way, they traveled and were the first batch of survivors that landed on Agartha after the humans, becoming extremely hostile
during the first couple of months as they were unwilling to become slaves under human authority. If it wasn’t for Eleanor Ophelia’s interference and her
influence and leadership, the Nyxians most likely wouldn’t have cooperated in establishing the government of Empyria but instead resort in violence,
which would undoubtedly hinder the process of creating the galaxy’s superpower. After their official agreement of cooperation with the human race, the
Nyxians introduced a great amount of intergalactic technology like warp drive, which immensely helped in colonizing the entire planet in a short period of
time.

Nyxians are generally humanoids with one noticeable difference, as every breed inherits a pair of bright eyes with white pupils. The organic structure of
their eyes are similar to that of the human race, except they seem to contain a massive amount of psionic energy in them, allowing the race to use psionic
abilities that can also aid with the use of magic. Because of the psionic energy that resides within their eyes, their ocular vision is almost ethereal in terms
of its capabilities. A Nyxian’s eye never deteriorates in vision. It allows them to see far and spot details that should be impossible, making their eyes the
most precious organs they hold. Other than their pair of eyes, the Nyxians aren’t any different from the human race, except for their extended longevity of
around 400 years.

Known for their unrelenting thirst for war, renowned for their powerful, incorruptible blood. The Elerion race is one of the three rarest bloodlines in
Empyria, second only to Draconics. The only known house that has the Elerion blood is House Zephyrus, the third ranking under the category of noble
valor. Their blood is immune to corruption by all means, their soul purified with true immortality as they are one of the few races that has powerful
protection against demonomancy. Being born with the Elerion blood flowing through one’s veins would allow the individual to use potent photomantic
abilities, as Elerions are known for their light-based magic and abilities.

Paragon Empire of the Final Supremacy

I. overview of empyria Empyrian Empire | Informative Codex 01

The Empyrian Empire, often addressed as the Paragon Empire of the Final Supremacy by those that either fear or respect the nation, is the superpower of
the Milky Way galaxy and possibly the dominant imperium across the universe entirely, with only one empire standing in its way from neither of them
acquiring the title. Having gone through its fair share of developments and downfalls, it has cemented its reputation as being the strongest empire by the
neighboring worlds, as its military strength is beyond that of any other countries in the galaxy. The empire was founded by the revolutionary astronomer
Eleanor Priscilla Ophelia, who would later become the empire’s founding empress who would write the Aeterna Imperium and the Book of Icarus,
establishing the beginning of the paragon empire. Since then, it has become a haven of peace for many across the universe who wished to find a more
peaceful settlement, increasing its diversity and promoting its technological, cultural and military advancement. Its current monarch is Empress Aeryn
Kure Ophelia.

Prior to its current age of glory and fame, the empire faced a number of challenges and trials in the forms of invasion attempts and prolonged warfare,
prompting its noble houses to become innovative as they used references from their former home world’s knowledge. The empire’s abundant resources,
along with the unique elements that only Agartha had also became one of the many factors that enabled these advancements. Approximately 47 billion
inhabitants make up for the general population, with a diversity that comprises of Exhelians, Nyxians, Demonoids, Hyzurians, Avarions, and much more
including an overwhelming amount of hybrids. Due to the empire being the home to many immigrants from the past, the technology and magical
knowledge stored within the nation far exceeds that of other worlds, as those from who came from technological advanced societies shared their talent
with the empire, while those who came from magically advanced worlds did the same. This was one of the few key points behind how the empire gained
universal superiority.

II. constitutional monarch Empyrian Empire | Informative Codex 02

Despite its convoluted governmental system that alternates depending on the state of the empire, the nation exercises the standard law of constitutional
monarchy as stated on the constitution. The constitutional monarchy allows the Cardinal Caliburn Order and the Collbrandes of Ophelia to share power
with the Monarch, such as the ability to create and pass laws depending on the votes made up entirely of the two groups. However, even during the state of
constitutional monarchy, the Emperor/Empress holds majority of the greater power when it comes to selecting the Collbrandes, making them the final
judgment on government positions, including the Cardinal Caliburn Order. Besides these, the rulers of the Empyrian Empire have total rights to remove a
person from power albeit with justified reasoning, without the need to gain approval from the Cardinal Caliburn Order.

The state of government may rapidly change within the empire depending on the situation of Empyria. While constitutional monarchy is the norm during
peace, with the declaration from the Symbol of Valor specifically during the time of international war, the Empyrian Empire may change its government
status to absolute monarchy. Throughout the war, the ruler of the empire holds the major power over with the exception that the Symbol of
Valor/Sovereign General of the Imperial Army shares the same power status, being able to use the Imperial Army without restrictions from the written
constitution. It is important to note that majority of the wars fought by the Empyrian Empire was mainly commanded by Siegfried Ouroboros, the
immortal Symbol of Valor chosen by the first Empress herself. After the end of war, the empire returns to its constitutional monarchy within half a year.

III. aeterna imperium Empyrian Empire | Informative Codex 03

The Aeterna Imperium was mainly written between the treaty between the early Human, Nyxian, and Demonoid before humanity decided to rebrand
themselves into Exhelians. The name of the founding document can be roughly translated into “Eternal Supreme Authority” which summarizes the text
written on the document, to become the only dominion to have eternal supremacy over the universe. It also serves as the oath of service to Empyria, as
every Collbrande and Helblinde must memorize the oath. The Book of Icarus which acts as the general constitution of the empire is also technically a part
of the Aeterna Imperium, making the founding document one of the most sacred possessions of the Empyrian Empire. The original document written by
Eleanor Ophelia and her personal associates are kept in a museum, though the archetype of the Book of Icarus’s whereabouts are unknown.

IV. book of icarus Empyrian Empire | Informative Codex 04

The constitutional laws written on the Book of Icarus is considered absolute, as those that dare to break or manipulate its texts is often imprisoned. This
rule is absolute, as even the Cardinal Caliburn Order and the Collbrandes cannot escape from their fates once they go against the constitution written by
Eleanor Ophelia. The constitution begins from the rights of citizens that resides within the Empyrian Empire, then towards stating the absolute laws of the
government, heavily restricting the monarch’s abilities during the time of peace, while splitting majority of the political power between the monarch and
the Cardinal Caliburn Order triumvirate. There are also multiple countermeasures whenever government corruption is imminent, as the Collbrandes of
Ophelia can temporarily reduce the power of both the monarch and Cardinal Caliburn Order by holding a vote, in which 8 of the 12 Collbrandes must vote
in favor of the temporary reign. This vote is called the “Draconian Usurpation”, where the Collbrandes hold higher power through votes than the monarch
for a month.

The basic laws of the constitution can be summarized as sentience rights, as the citizens of the Empyrian Empire may exercise the freedom of speech,
exemption from discrimination based on external features, and the right to vote for the provincial government positions that isn’t the Collbrande. Besides
these basic rights, the Book of Icarus later focuses more on the restriction of power and the absolute necessity for the longevity of the empire, which seems
to cover 1/3 of the entire book. The last remaining pages of the texts seems to cover secrets of the empire, though the replicated versions of the Book of
Icarus does not contain the last third of the book, under the request of the founding empress. The public nor does the Collbrandes know anything about the
last parts of the Book of Icarus, as it is only known by the Cardinal Caliburn Order and the monarch.

V. religious doctrine Empyrian Empire | Informative Codex 05

Freedom of religious belief does not exist in the empire, despite the amount of freedom the constitution may allow its nationals. However, the laws
regarding religious beliefs are entirely dependent on the provincial government and its laws, though more than half the governments around Agartha
prohibits religious practices outside of Agarthian, an imperial faith surrounding the exoplanet itself. Those who practice this religion, which is the most of
the empire’s citizens, believe that the planet is a conscious, sentient entity that is specifically allowing the Empyrians to harvest its energy source and live
under prosperous conditions, due to House Ophelia’s influence and benevolence. Those who exercise this religion as their main occupation tends to be
overzealous fanatics, treating the bloodline of the Ophelia as God Emperors, devoting themselves solely for the monarch and its relatives. Dangerous and
insalubrious, the empire heavily condones this behavior as calling the monarch “God Emperor/Empress” is heavily frowned upon by the government.

Majority of the religions exercised by the people outside of Agarthian tends to be from their original home world, passed down by their ancestors for
centuries. Remnants of Christianity and Islamic practices still exist to this day, with Christianity mainly existing in the outskirts of Tysmetha and the latter
located in Mansoura. However, these religions passed down from their forefathers are entirely ceremonial and nothing else, as most provincial
governments outlawed its citizens from profiting off of these religions, the same law applying to Agarthian. All religious organizations must be non-profit,
and must be under the co-ownership of the Symbol of Divinity, signed and approved only by them.

rythen empire
Demonic Empire of Tyrannical Calamity

I. overview of rythen Rythen Empire | Informative Codex 01

The Rythen Empire is the primary entity of Azmis Ouranos’s rule, created sometime after the rebirth of Jeanne d’Arc. This empire consists of almost
nothing but entities known as “Demonoids”, a race created by Azmis as part of her project to create the perfect lifeform with a much larger objective at
hand – to test the theory that a utopia can artificially create Ataraxia Orbs, the objects that she is after above all else for motives currently unknown. What
is known about these Demonoids is that they are mostly humanoid entities, bearing a resemblance to humans with the addition demonic features such as
horns, scales, tails, and sometimes even additional body parts and alien skin tones. They bear their Empress in very high regard, seeing her as a benevolent
deity that serves as their ultimate guiding hand, the mind in a large vessel in which the Demonoid people are the body.

The Rythens only ever really had one homeworld in which they lived and thrived on for centuries, Raignork, the planet having a high material and
immaterial significance to them, but truth be told, not to their own Empress. Azmis only saw Raignork and its population as means to achieve her
aforementioned goal of creating and accumulating Ataraxia Orbs by creating a utopia of her own design, what she’ll do with such research being unknown
to almost everyone but her most trusted. Her top generals, the Remnants of Ouranos, are individuals of immense power that are second in power to her,
composed of a species also of her own make that are the closest she could get to the perfect lifeform, the Infernal Demonoids. The duties of these Remnants,
also known as “Commandants”, are various, ranging from providing the Empress’s personal protection and leading the might of the Rythen Empire’s
military, or what is left of it, to less military matters such as spearheading scientific development.

II. background Rythen Empire | Informative Codex 02

During the span of their existence, they have embroiled themselves with multiple wars as long as their Empress deems fit, leaving only total destruction in
their wake as her mostly fully obedient slaves. A few Demonoids have managed to break themselves free of Azmis’s influence, those who survived
managing to flee to Empyria and eventually intermingling with the Exhelians and the other races that coexisted alongside them, giving birth to many a
hybrid species. The Rythens’ capability to wage war however, has been reduced significantly after the loss of their home planet to a shroud of nuclear fire
and fury at the hands of the Empyrians who invaded in 697 to 698 EC in retaliation for a previous invasion by the Rythens on Empyrian soil in 553 to 557
EC. The Rythens have lost not just their homeworld, but a significant fraction of their kind and resources, damaging them beyond any short-term recovery.

Now, it is an empire that lives in the shadow of its former glory, down to only a massive fleet of a thousand ships of various kinds with no planet to call
their own. Lumbering themselves through space in search of nations to wage war with and planets to destroy, carefully selecting their targets as they
possess not the might they used to have and that they are looking for specific prey, that prey being utopias that possibly hold Ataraxia Orbs of their own
with or without their knowledge. In spite of this weakened state, the Rythens are still a force to be reckoned with, possessing great numbers still, but not as
great as they used to, and technologies that are more advanced the Empyrians. Their numbers continuously growing once more either through the
reproduction of the native Demonoid species or the conversions of other races into demonic slaves by Azmis or her Remnants’ hands. It is only a matter of
time before they strike Empyria once more for their share of payback, but it is argued that revenge is not Azmis’s primary goal at all.

III. remnants of ouranos Empyrian Empire | Informative Codex 03

Nigh perfect walking testaments of Azmis’s will, insights to her true power, and some of the most important symbols of power and leadership within the
Rythen Empire. These Infernal Demonoids, once people of different races that were victims of Azmis’s rampage, swore their fealty to the Empress of
Calamity in exchange for their survival and for power. This power was granted to them through a special blood pact where one would drink Azmis’s blood,
rich in powers unknown to all but her own. With Azmis’s blood flowing through their veins, their very bodies were altered internally, retaining their
original appearances but were given so much more such as increased strength, agility, regeneration, biological immortality, the myriad of gifts going on
which make these Infernal Demonoids, these Remnants, an almost perfect species of her design.

The most prominent of these blessings is the “Corruption”, a more specific term referring to the special powers that were granted to them by the Empress
of Calamity herself. These special powers are similar to the Exhelians’ Cataracts, but are significantly more powerful, making these Remnants a force to be
reckoned with that outperform even the Collbrandes in terms of sheer power. Such power however, does not come without a price, an aforementioned
condition is their loyalty to Azmis and Azmis only, acting only in her best interests and of the Rythen Empire’s. The blood pact that they make with her
binds them to her through a special seal that she can use to assert her control over a Remnant or a group of them or to directly kill them from afar should
they choose to betray her.

The Remnants of Ouranos were originally 12 in number, but 3 have met their unfortunate ends at the hands of the Empyrians in various points of the
latter’s history. The most recent loss being in the Empyrian invasion of Raignork on 697 to 698. Here is the full list of the Remnants.
