Title: LABORATORY ANALYSIS FOR SOIL REMEDIATION AREAS- SEED

Contract made this __________________ day of ______________, 20 between Kuwait Oil Company
(K.S.C.), having its office at New Main Office Building, Main Street, Building No. 800773, North Ahmadi,
Kuwait, a company registered in Kuwait Register of Commerce under No. 21835, its legal successors and
assignees of the one part (hereinafter called the “Company”), and ________________, Register of Commerce No.
______________with its office at__________________ its legal successors and assignees (hereinafter called
“Contractor”) of the other part.

WHEREAS the Company desires to have the Services executed and completed namely Laboratory Analysis for
Soil Remediation.
AND WHEREAS, the Contractor is willing and able to perform the Services desired by the Company.
Now this agreement witnesses as follows:
1. The following documents shall constitute the entire agreement and the Contract between the parties:-
(a) this Memorandum of Agreement;
(b) Contract Specification;
(c) General Conditions of Contract for Service Contract (July, 2017) (“General Conditions of
Contract”);
(d) Appendix A to the Contract Specification – Technical Specifications;
(e) Appendix B to the Contract Specification – Service Work Order Specimen
(f) Appendix C to the Contract Specification - Chain of Custody Specimen
(g) Appendix D to the Contract Specification – List of Insurance Companies
(h) Form of Tender and attachments 1 to 8 inclusive to the Form of Tender; and
(i) Disclaimer and Closure of Accounts.
In the case of ambiguity or conflict between any of the listed documents, priority shall be given to the
documents in the above order. If there is a conflict between documents listed under a single subheading,
the conflict shall be resolved by the Superintendent, whose determination shall be final.
2. The Company agrees to pay the Contractor in consideration of the satisfactory execution and
completion of the Services, in accordance with terms of the Contract, a sum not to exceed Kuwaiti
Dinars __________________________ (KWD __________ ), subject to actual Services carried out,
such Variation thereof as shall become payable under the terms and conditions of the Contract.
The parties have signed this Contract on the date stated above.
