A teacher must be strong,he/she is an innovative person,treat you like your friends and motivate,guide

and inspired you as a parent. A teacher has responsibilities to face and he/she must be responsible for
that. As a student of a National Service Training Program under Literacy Training Service, which holds an
activities about being a teacher has a great impact on my experiences and motivations in life. Being a
teacher is not an easy task ,there are some things you need to consider but the most important thing is
to have a patience to your student so that it can help you and your students to develop the student-
teacher relationship.Having that kind of relationship, enrich the trust,interest and self- steem of a
student. It can be helpful by making your students listen and focus on what you are discussing especially
when those discussions were from their real- life experiences.

In my NSTP class, I learned some things that a person should have. Based on the recent activities we
had, I learned that you must be a responsible person with a patience. You need to think before you act
so that you cannot ruin some things. You need to be kind to others and to the things surrounds you. God
created you to love things, person and not to ruin but to give importance to them.
