Established in 2018, Nutty Affair is a Vadodara based

premium dry fruits store which was started by Mr. Dimpak

Bhandari.

Nutty Affair is a premium dry fruit store, catering to customers

looking for premium quality nuts, they have exotic nuts

foreign nuts, Modern sweets, designer chocolates, cookies,

roasted snacks, green teas and many more verities of

eatables.

Mr. Dimpak Bhandari, the founder and owner of Nutty Affair was very
passionate from beginning to create his own brand which stands for
itself. Basically he has done his graduation in Business
Administration from SEMCOM (Vidhyanagar) with specialization in
finance and post graduation in marketing from Alliance University
Bangalore. Being a sports enthusiast and health conscious he started
finding gaps in market about healthy food items and thus he was
able to find such gap in market of dry fruits. His core interest lies in
Marketing strategies, Innovative Product Packaging and Business
Development, also he loves to understand and study the business
model of various other companies which can help him grow his
brand.
IDEA GENERATION

The founders identified a gap in the market for premium quality

dry fruits.

They found out that consumers found it very difficult to obtain

good quality dry fruits within Vadodara.

The company’s USP was not only selling a good quality product
but to also share a premium experience with it

The founder interviews a lot of people on periodic basis, to grow

their existing team.

He makes sure that the new member joining Nutty Affair is there
to stay with them for longer run, remains loyal to the company
and ready to help to grow the company.

The founders believe in a philosophy that as the company

grows, the team members running it also grow.

Generally he wakes up around 6-6:15 am and go for a 1.5 hrs fitness

Followed by a one hr brief meeting with his brothers and sisters regarding

the plan of the day, and what tasks are to be completed on that

particular day.

They often have long sessions to discuss about new ideas and products

that can be added to the store.

Forecasting error
They expected to receive 50-60 corporate orders of around

5000-6000 hampers but they received 110 corporate orders, of a

whopping 16,000 hampers.

The major setback here was if the failed to deliver the promised
quality of product within a set limit of time they would lose all
the corporate clients.

To overcome this challenge the founders with all team members

worked day and night throughout the week.

40 major cities of India

The founders always had one dream that they want to create a

They also found good scope of growth in this industry as the
