RE: Challenge of Fraudulent Voter Registrations

Dear Ms. O'Malley,

In reference to Colorado Revised Statutes, Title I, 1-9-101(1)(a), I am submitting a formal


challenge to the voter registrations of:

Ryan R. Call,
Brittany A. Call,

The basis for this challenge is the fact that Ryan and Brittany Call purchased a home in
Arapahoe County on March 25,2010 and do not reside in Denver County at
(CRS Title I, Article 2,1-2-102[£]).

Mr. Call came into the Voter Service Center in August and November, stated that he and
his wife had not received mail-in ballots and requested replacement ballots. Mr. Call had
written authorization (with a copy of Mrs. Call's driver's license) from Mrs. Call to pick
up her replacement mail-in ballot. Mr. Call obtained replacement mail-in ballots in the
Primary and General Elections in Denver County, swearing and affirming their residence
in Denver County. I witnessed the request for the replacement ballots in both instances,
personally, as Voter Service Center Supervisor at the Denver Elections Division location.

Mr. Call may wish to give the illusion of residence in Denver County due to his elected
position as Chairman of the Denver County Republican Party, which requires residency
in Denver County (CRS Title I, Article 3,1-3-101 ; 1-3-103(b)(1); 1-3-103(9)(a); CO
GOP Bylaws Article IV, Section C; Denver County GOP Bylaws, Article IV). It may
have bolstered the illusion to have Mrs. Call also claim residency.

the Clerk and Recorder of Arapahoe County and listing Ryan R. Call and Brittany A.
Call as joint tenants.

Gaylord LLC, Call Golden LLC, Dental Center Associates, LLC.

Not attached, but available in the SCORE database for the Calls' voter registrations, is an
archive document from the U.S. Postal Service, stating that Ryan and Brittany Call were
