Healthy is life
To stay healthy you need a stable quality of life. For this, it is important that you
follow these habits: In the first place, you must drink a lot of water, have a varied
and balanced diet consuming fruits and vegetables, do not exceed red meat, and
avoid the consumption of alcoholic beverages, because they affect health in a very
negative way. You must include regular physical activities, maintaining a healthy
weight and good personal hygiene. Avoid stress by practicing relaxation
techniques; try to get enough sleep and rest so that you take care of your mental
health. You also need to go to the doctor regularly, in order to stay healthy.
