Employee Engagement Survey Tool Log-In Page

1. To take the survey, access the Online Tool Survey Management System
(SMS) link through your browser (best viewed
using MS Edge/Explorer or Google Chrome):
https://myapps.spi-global.com/sms/Login

2. Enter your HR-ESS credentials for your username and password, then click
on the Login button .
Scope and SPS employees should click on their assigned links

3. Before accessing the survey page, a prompt will

appear to ask for your ESS-OTP code. Key in the
assigned ESS-OTP code from your device and click
Submit

*Important: Your ESS-OTP assigned number can only be used once; it is best to have your Google Authenticator with you to get a new assigned code each time you log in

On the landing page, check on the list of surveys under New / Ongoing.
To take the survey, click on the link that has the survey title that corresponds to your global
site/group: Employee Engagement Survey – <Global Site Code>

Once on the survey page, read the instructions indicated in the survey form carefully.

The survey only takes 15

to 20 minutes to
complete.

*Please note that the

system will time out
after 20 minutes of
inactivity / idle time.

Respond to each statement by ticking on the appropriate circle.
Should you wish to expound on your response, you may type them into the remarks area.
Note that choosing the option N/A will require you to provide remarks.

Survey Completion
Review your answers then click on the Submit button at the bottom of the survey page.

The Save As Draft button is for those who may be in the process of answering the survey but had to
stop and continue the survey at a later time. They will just need to re-login to finish the remainder of
the survey.
Also, this button may be clicked to secure your responses in case you might take more than 20
minutes in completing the survey.

Clicking the Submit button will show a prompt to confirm if
your submitted answers are final and that you agree to
complete the process

Remember: Always check and ensure that you have a response to each of the statements. Items
pending completion will be flagged by the system.

Once completed, you will be redirected to:

My Surveys: Survey List
To check if your answers were successfully
submitted:
 In the Survey List, choose the year 2020
 Click the box View Completed Survey
 Click the Filter tab
If the survey is successfully submitted,
it will be part of the Completed Survey List.

Once done with the validation of survey

completion, you may log-out and close the
window.

*If it does not appear, this means that it was not

captured by the system and you will need to retake
the survey.

 Login access is based on HR-ESS Log in credentials.

• Employees must enter their correct username & password (HR POCs may provide this
info to employees)
• Employees can only take the survey once
• The survey cannot be reset for those employees who have completed the survey
• Survey is administered to all active employees hired by or before May 31, 2020

 The survey activity begins on July 6, 2020 and will end on July 19, 2020.
 Daily status reports will be sent to Leaders and POCs to monitor activity participation
• HR POCs must provide a list of employees to be tagged for exception:
o Resigned/employees serving notice period
o Employees on extended leave (Maternity leave, Medical leave, etc.)
• Unit Leaders must ensure 100% participation from the team.
