Employee Engagement Survey Tool Log-In Page
1. To take the survey, access the Online Tool Survey Management System
(SMS) link through your browser (best viewed
using MS Edge/Explorer or Google Chrome):
https://myapps.spi-global.com/sms/Login
2. Enter your HR-ESS credentials for your username and password, then click
on the Login button .
Scope and SPS employees should click on their assigned links
*Important: Your ESS-OTP assigned number can only be used once; it is best to have your Google Authenticator with you to get a new assigned code each time you log in

On the landing page, check on the list of surveys under New / Ongoing.
To take the survey, click on the link that has the survey title that corresponds to your global
site/group: Employee Engagement Survey – <Global Site Code>

Once on the survey page, read the instructions indicated in the survey form carefully.
The Save As Draft button is for those who may be in the process of answering the survey but had to
stop and continue the survey at a later time. They will just need to re-login to finish the remainder of
the survey.
Also, this button may be clicked to secure your responses in case you might take more than 20
minutes in completing the survey.

Clicking the Submit button will show a prompt to confirm if
your submitted answers are final and that you agree to
complete the process
Remember: Always check and ensure that you have a response to each of the statements. Items
pending completion will be flagged by the system.

The survey activity begins on July 6, 2020 and will end on July 19, 2020.
Daily status reports will be sent to Leaders and POCs to monitor activity participation
• HR POCs must provide a list of employees to be tagged for exception:
o Resigned/employees serving notice period
o Employees on extended leave (Maternity leave, Medical leave, etc.)
• Unit Leaders must ensure 100% participation from the team.
