Class is to divide into groups of four (4). Using a specific section of the ICCRC Code of
Professional Ethics and a sample IRB hearing case (CanLii.ca), create a potential
immigration problem for another group to solve. The problem presented must be one
which is related to the Code and can be illustrated through the IRB hearing case used.
Each group is to orally present their findings to the rest of the class. 20 Marks
