based on the above vacancies in the concerned subject and attend for the
Admission.
 There is no seat guarantee.
 Those who have disability certificate with above 60% and verify the available PH
Category seat in the concerned subject and attend for Admission (Local Candidates
only Eligible).
CERTIFICATES TO BE REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

For Admissions the following Original documents should be submitted by the candidate along with one
set of Xerox copies
a) APRCET-2019 Hall Ticket.
b) Marks statements and Provisional/Degree Certificate of the qualifying examination
c) Transfer and Conduct certificates (Admission will not be given if T.C. from the institution where the
candidate studied last is not submitted) **
d) SSC and Intermediate pass certificates
e) Three Passport size photographs
f) Study certificates from Intermediate to qualifying examination (PG).
g) Caste certificate in original from the Tahshildar in case of SC/ST/BC candidates, obtained in the year 2020
OR permanent caste certificate
h) Residence Certificate of parents for stay in the state of A.P. from Tahshildar in case of candidates, who have
studied outside A.P. / carried out private study.
i) Migration certificate (for candidates who studied other than SVU region)
j) Service register (SR), service certificate, no objection certificate from the employer, minutes of the
meeting from the Registrar (for Part-Time Ph.D) and last two years IT returns.
**Note: Bonafide /Course completed Certificates are not considered for Admission.
Services Rules for Part-Time (PT) Candidates Only

Admission into Part-time category will be made on the basis of service seniority in the respective
categories as per the following order of priority.

1. Regular Faculty working in the University or the P.G. Centers.

2. (a) Faculty working in Post graduate and Professional colleges having completed at least
two years of service. This provision is not applicable to Faculty teaching Physics,
Chemistry, Mathematics and Humanities in professional colleges.
Or
(b) Faculty/Librarians/Asst. Librarians working in affiliated degree colleges.
Or
(c) Faculty working in Polytechnic/Government or private aided Junior Colleges having
completed at least four years of service.

(d) Teachers working in schools having completed at least five years of service.

3. Technical employees working in research institutes having completed at least five years
of service.

LOCAL TO SV UNIVERSITY:

 The S.V. University area comprises of the districts ANANTAPUR, CHITTOOR, KADAPA,
KURNOOL & NELLORE.
 The following candidates are treated as local to S.V. University area.
 A candidate who has studied in the S.V. University area (or stayed in case of private study) for four
consecutive academic years ending with the academic year in which he/she has first appeared for the
final year qualifying examination.
 A candidate who has studied (or stayed in case of private study) for seven consecutive academic years
within the state of Andhra Pradesh ending with the academic year in which he/she first appeared for the
final year qualifying examination and studied (or stayed in case of private study)for a maximum period
in the S.V. University area.
 In case a candidate has studied (or stayed in case of private study) for equal periods in the S.V.
University area and another University area out of the last seven years, he/she should have studied (or
stayed in case of private study) lastly in the S.V. University area.
 Any candidate who is not local to S.V. University is treated as non-local to S.V. University, if
he/she is local to any other University in Andhra Pradesh State.
 He/She resided for a total period of not less than 10 years in Andhra Pradesh (excluding the period of
study outside the State).
 His /her parent has resided in Andhra Pradesh for a total period of not less than 10 years.
 His/her parent/spouse is presently working in Andhra Pradesh in government or allied service.
