Pursuant to Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution and Chapter 119, Florida
Statutes, I request, on behalf of my clients the Legal Insurrection Foundation and Judicial
Watch, Inc., copies of any and all records as described on the attachment to this request.
We would prefer to receive these documents in electronic format, by email. If the files
are too large for email, we would like to receive them on a thumb drive or other electronic
media.
If you deny this request in whole or in part, I request that you advise me in writing, as
required by section 119.07(1)(e) and (f), Fla. Stat., of the particular statutory exemption upon
which you are relying and that you state with particularity the reasons for your conclusion that
the record is exempt or confidential.
If an asserted exemption applies to only a portion of a record, please delete the portion
that you claim is exempt and release the remainder of the record as required by section
119.07(1)(d).

1. All records mentioning or regarding Professor Charles Negy (“Negy”), including but not
limited to emails, notes, memoranda, audio and visual recordings, drafts, calendar entries,
telephone records, text and other electronic messages, social media and website entries, and
computerized entries, created, received, or maintained by the following persons and entities:

2. All public records requests and responses regarding Negy, and records produced

notes and documentation of interviews, complaints, surveillance materials and reports, and
investigative reports.
