ORDER

Consistent with the Memorandum Opinion issued contemporaneously with

this order, Voketz’s motion for remand, doc. 86, is DENIED and the defendants’

motions for summary judgment, docs. 88, 91, which the court construes as motions

to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, are GRANTED. The defendants’

motions for judgment on the pleadings, docs. 82, 84, and Voketz’s motion for

extension of time to file his response to those motions, doc. 85, are MOOT. This

matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
