 Supplying Certificate of Inspection for safety valves supplied by the 3rd authorized party
 Trouble shooting and Technical Assistance 24 hours Free of Charge.
 Training for PIONEER DRILLING’s staffs for operation Free of Charge
 Taking-Over is based on completion of installation with Pressure Test & Leak Test in
accordance with VJG’s standard.

 Excluded :

 X-ray test of welding point on the pipeline (if any).

 Lighting and lightening systems for equipment protection.
 Fire extinguisher and other relevant facilities.
 Required license(s) at PIONEER DRILLING’s site for constructions, fire protection (if
any).
 Piping from gas yard to using point (inside factory)
 Others, if not mentioned in VJG’s scope of supply.

C – OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS.

 Delivery time:
- OXYGEN Supply System: Within 2 (Two) months from official PO date
- OXYGEN LGC (LO2): Within 03 (Three) working days from official PO date
 Terms of payment: By T.T.R within Thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
 Warranty Duration: 12 months from Handing-over date.
 Validity of Quotation: By Sep. 21th, 2019

Remarks: - VAT is not included in the above-said price and VAT is applied 0% for EPE.
- The price above included labor cost, transportation fee, insurance and others
- The Buyer must provide the storage place security for keeping tools, equipment
