Kitchenology Plus nasce per raccontare la ricchezza

del progetto ambiente cucina nella declinazione isole: combinazioni

che, integrate alla collezione Storage, completano la gamma di Boffi,
per una cucina al servizio di una socialità raffinata, garbata, informale,
vissuta come momento di scambio e di divertimento. Isole, dunque,
bellissime, progettate per disporre di ciò che serve e, insieme,
per creare forme, combinazioni perfette. Alcune dissimulano il proprio
aspetto apparendo come monoliti silenziosi che si chiudono dopo
aver espletato la loro funzione. Altre, spavaldamente, mostrano
la loro complessa natura, fatta di pezzi diversi che giocano fra loro,
trovando ogni volta una configurazione adatta alle proprie funzioni.
Altre ancora, disegnano lo spazio in relazione alla sua bellezza,
in omaggio alla convivialità, all’ospitalità e ai suoi gesti: cucinare,
condividere, chiacchierare. A volte diventano lievi, scherzose,
all’insegna di un’idea di cucina fantasiosa, creativa, veloce.

Kitchenology Plus was conceived to describe the completeness

of the island lines for kitchen environments that, together with the
Storage collections, are able to fully integrate the Boffi range.
The final results are kitchens aimed at a refined and informal way
of social life, an opportunity for conviviality and amusement.
Beautiful kitchen islands designed to make everything needed
at reach and to create perfect combinations of forms; some conceal
their real look as silent monoliths after having carried out their role;
others display their complex nature able to combine different elements
and achieve the best functional solutions. Yet others design the space
in relation to its beauty. An hymn to conviviality, hospitality and their
expressions of cooking, sharing and chatting; sometimes they become
light and playful, defined by an idea of the kitchen that is inventive,
creative and swift.

vision that hybrids the compact kitchen to the kitchen island.
It offers functional monoblocks in different sizes, worktops
and extractable tables to create fixed or extensible dining
areas according to the guests and a wide range of materials
and accessories to support cooking and washing. As in a game,

of a three-dimensional abstract picture. Thanks also to the
extreme lightness of the thin profile of the doors.

 È un concetto che si estende. Il suo segreto è sapere
declinare la flessibilità estetica, nonché funzionale, nel “cubo-cucina”.
Un obiettivo impegnativo, ma che le cucine della serie “K”
di Norbert Wangen raggiungono con grande fermezza.

K5
La prima, K2, non a caso ricorda una vetta difficile da raggiungere
come lo è stato creare un monoblocco con un top scorrevole
dalla doppia funzione: rendere a scomparsa la cucina, quando non
operativa e trasformarsi in un tavolo. Ora K5 aumenta le misure,
lascia a vista il piano cottura e adotta il piano scorrevole, che copre
zona lavaggio e di lavoro. K6 reinventa il movimento: il piano non
scorre sulla lunghezza del monoblocco, ma in profondità, oltre
il lato posteriore. K6+6 raddoppia la lunghezza della K6 ed offre
lo scorrimento separato dei top.

An ever developing concept. Its secret is to know how
to combine aesthetic to functionality in the “kitchen cube”.
A challenging goal, that the kitchens of the “K” series by
Norbert Wangen reach with success. The first ever K2 reminds

of a difficult milestone to reach, similar to creating a new monobloc
with a sliding top able to conceal the working area when not in use
and to turn into a snack bar. Today, the K5 kitchen features larger
dimensions, has a visible hob and adopts the natural elm solid
wood for the sliding top covering both washing and working area
in contrast with the stainless steel. The K6 reinvents movement:
the worktop slides along the backside, K6+6 doubles the length
of K6 and offers two sliding tops.
