Supply Chain Analysis of Firms
Background:
In the last year or two, the world has witnessed an exponential
increase in the number of firms and startups, in the various parts of
the supply chain (upstream as well as downstream). This can be
attributed to changing customer lifestyles and expectations. Trade
and logistics have seen an evolutionary shift in the operations with
the technology shift using data. The relevance of collaborating with
various domains like Finance and Marketing are a necessity today
than ever.
Problem Statement:
Choose 1 from the 10 companies given below:
Cisco, Colgate-Palmolive, GoJek, Ikea, Inditex, Llamasoft,
Ninjakart, Swiggy, Toyota and Walmart.
Deliverables:
• Choose a company out of these and draft their supply chain.
• Figure out their partnerships, if any, and how it is molding
their company.
• Corona Virus impact on the business and how they dealt with
it
• Brief on S&OP and supply chain finance side of the business.
