Nonoy Froilan (Rafael Catalino Froilan Cabujat) is a dancer and a choreographer. He was born on 24 October 1950 in Calbiga, Samar.

While studying in 1968, he joined the University of the East Dance Troupe as a folk dancer. He also studied ballet and jazz under the
supervision of Tony Llacer and Julie Borromeo. In 1972, he enrolled at the CCP Dance School and joined Ballet Philippines.

He was Ballet Philippines’ principal male dancer and was also its ballet master, where he taught modern and classical ballet. As a
dancer, he performed as lead dancer in all tha major classical full length ballets and in the productions of Norman Walker, Jean Deroc, Alice Reyes, Gener
Caringal, Tony Fabella, Corazon Generoso-Iñigo, Lydia Madaran-Gaston, Denisa Reyes, Edna Vida, and Anton Juan.
