 Introduction
This work shows us the importance of handling the English language; which with the
demands of today's society has become the language of business and professionally positions
us and opens many doors.
 Watch video called Les Luthiers - Radio Tertulia - Part VI, after watching it,
Answer and argue in English the questions asked below:

1. What communication problem did you find between the two parties?
Watching the video presents a big problem that prevents successful communication
because one of the parties involved does not handle the English language. Not
speaking the same language is impossible to receive and / or understanding the
message you want to give.

2. Was the information given by the speakers correct? Justify your answer.
No. Obviously, speakers had no idea of the information they were providing; This is
due to the ignorance of the English language and all they do is try to accommodate
the words and translate them to their accommodation, causing the total deviation of
the information.

3. List other similar situations that you know where this problem occurs.

1. 1. Job interviews.
2. Establish communication with foreign customers or suppliers.
3. Start friendships
4. In the university
5. In talks, symposia, presentations
In all these enumerated situations, the knowledge of the language of the
person who wishes to communicate to us is totally important for assertive
communication; that we understand what they want to inform us clearly and
do not miss opportunities that can be transcendental for our lives.

4. What do you conclude from this situation?

Definitely in a globalized world it is of great benefit to speak more than one
language; English is the international language of business, which serves to solve
problems in other areas; in the same way it allows us to establish good
communications and understand who communicates something to us. It is very
important to know or understand what we really want to express. Good
communication creates good friendship, work and professional ties and opens
many doors for us.
