AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, HINATA UZUMAKI, 32, SINGLE, resident of Maestra Vicenta

Extension, Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City, after having sworn in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and state THAT:

1.That I was employed as a house helper since March 2010 by Mr. Rodrigo
and Mrs. Romina Mondragon;

2.That my task was usually do household chores, take care of Iñigo and
some errands every weekday and a day off every Sunday;

3.That being with them everyday for almost 5 years I have never seen Mr.
Mondragon raising his voice or physically hurt Mrs. Mondragon or Iñigo;

4.That in fact while it is tru that Mr. Mondragon is very busy with his work
he would still find time to take Mrs. Mondragon out for a lovely dinner;

5.That Mr. Mondragon never forgets their anniversary and surprises Mrs.
Mondragon with very expensive stuffs that she wants;

6. That I was the one receiving from the courier all stuffs that Mrs.
Mondragon buys in Shopee using the credit card or Mr. Mondragon;

7. That beginning in 2017 I noticed that Mrs. Mondragon locks herself in

their room often talking to someone when Mr. Mondragon is out leaving
Iñigo to me;
 I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to
support the filing of Criminal Cases against _______________________________
