Opinión
With what it concerns to the debt that we have the First World towards this Third world, and
this commitment has much that to see with the sensibility and even would dare to say with
the pity and also with the generosity, since we can spend on tiptoe not even much less length,
with the problems that contemporaries happen to ours. The United Nations Organization
