• Mass testing of all homes in local areas or
whole cities when prevalence rises e.g. test
someone in every household in the north west

• High contact professions get a test each
week to give them confidence to go into
the workplace e.g. Every Teacher and
teaching assistant (100k p/d)
• Test to allow people to enter high risk
settings e.g. visitors to hospital and care
homes (driven by demand)
• Progressively make weekly testing
available to the whole of the population
(driven by demand but up to 10m p/d)
A negative tests allows you to go to
higher risk events using a digital
passport.
Private-sector/business-led testing plays
a key enabling role.
