5-202.12 (B-C) - HANDWASHING SINK, INSTALLATION
Observation: The cold water is not functioning at the handsink located in the outdoor bar.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the hand sink to have both hot and cold running water. CORRECT BEFORE THE
NEXT INSPECTION.
Code citation: (B) A steam mixing valve may not be used at a HANDWASHING SINK.
(C) A self-closing, slow-closing, or metering faucet shall provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without
the need to reactivate the faucet.
(D) An automatic handwashing facility shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
5-205.15 (B) - SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR (REPAIRED)
Observation: The faucet of the three-compartment sink is leaking.
Corrective Action(s): Repair leaking faucet. CORRECT BEFORE THE NEXT INSPECTION.
