It is known that people are the best way to promote an
event. That is why big companies are paying stars for
making commercials for them. Considering the same
strategy, we will propose to 60-70 famous doctors from
Romania & abroad to appear as members of Organizing
Committee and help us with sharing and maybe contacts of
other lecturers or sponsors. Dentristry of Tomorow

presentation
will
be
truly
useful

There are a lot of presentations that are totally forgot after you
participated at it. It is really important that the participants to
receive a material useful and applicabal for their daily practice
(eg: protocol for a treatment procedure on e-mail or print, a
consistent resume of the presentation, a sample etc). All the
lecturer will be announced regarding this concept and asked to
prepare this useful material.

committee

Basics
1.Each team member has the right to say his/her opinion regarding any aspect,
no matter of the departmanet he/she is working on.

2.We will have meetings on departments:

- Scientific International, Scientific National, Young Dentists Awards, Workshops
- Partners International, Partners National, Sponsors National, Sponsors International
- IT&Editorial, Media & Marketing, Social
- Logistic & Tehnique, Secretary & Legal, Intenrational, Public Relations

3. We will meet in 1-2 hours meetings every 2 weeks on departments and 1-2 hours meetings ever 3 weeks

4. We will work on tasks that will be writen on Google Drive - all of us will have access to all the tasks

5. We will follow protocols established together in our first meetings (standard email, standard post etc) so that the work would
be easier
