Law:
A hemisphere, as the name suggest, is one part of a sphere that is divided into
two equal halves. The total surface area of each hemisphere consists of base area
(a circle) and cap area. On one hand, sum of two hemispheres surface areas is
not the same as the full sphere surface area, but on the other hand, the sum of
two hemispheres volumes equals the volume of a complete sphere.

Six explicit volume of a hemisphere formulas that are used in hemisphere

calculator:

Given radius: V = 2/3 * π * r³,

Given diameter: V = 1/12 * π * d³,
Given base area: V = 2/3 * √(Ab³ / π),
Given cap area: V = 1/3 * √[Ac³ / (2 * π)],
Given total area: V = 2/9 * √[A³ / (3 * π)],
Given surface to volume ratio: V = 243 * π / (4 * (A/V)³).
Given surface to volume ratio: V = 243 * π / (4 * (A/V)³).
