Q1. What is Balance Transfer?
Balance transfer is a programme of transferring your credit card balances from another banks or
financial Institutions to AmBank credit card/ AmBank Islamic credit card-i through AmOnline.

Q2. What is the minimum and maximum amount for Balance Transfer application via
AmOnline?
Minimum amount for Balance Transfer in AmOnline per application is RM1,000 and the
maximum amount is RM50,000 or subject to Credit Card available limit, whichever is lower.

Q3. Is there any application forms that I need to fill in?

No application forms required for Balance Transfer application through AmOnline, however you
need to read and understand the T&C.

Q4. How do I apply for this Balance Transfer through AmOnline?

i. After login into your AmOnline, select “Apply”. You may also click on the Balance Transfer
banner under the Cards section in your account summary which is the attractive rate targeted to
you.
 ii. Then select “Apply Balance Transfer”.

iii. Select the AmBank credit card/ AmBank Islamic credit card-i for Balance Transfer.
iv. Select the Issuer / Bank and enter the card number you want to Transfer To. Then, toggle the
red circle “ “ to choose the amount you want to transfer or you can edit in the amount field.
 v. Verify your Card. Then, click “Continue” to proceed to next step.

vi. Then choose your monthly instalment tenure.

vii. You need to accept the Terms & Conditions before you can proceed.
 ix. You have successfully applied for Balance Transfer. You will receive SMS & Email notification
for your application submission.

Q5. How long does it takes for my application to be processed?

Application that submitted before 2pm will be process in the same working days and the fund will
be disbursed in the next working days on a best effort basis.
Application that submitted after 2pm will be process in the next working days and the fund will be
disbursed the following working days on a best effort basis.

Q6. How do I find out on my Balance Transfer application status?

You can call our contact center to follow up your application status.

Q7. Where can I find my previously submitted Balance Transfer application?

You can find your previously submitted application in the Balance Transfer application history.

Q1. What is QuickCash?
QuickCash is a programme where principal cardholder can withdraw Cash from their available
credit card limit and credit into their personal AmBank or AmBank Islamic or other’s bank own
Saving / Current account through AmOnline

Q2. What is the minimum and maximum amount for QuickCash application via AmOnline??
Minimum amount for QuickCash per application is RM1,000 and the maximum amount is
RM50,000 or subject to Credit Card available limit, whichever is lower.

Q3. Is there any application forms that I need to fill in?

No application forms required for QuickCash application through AmOnline however you need to
read and understand the T&C.

 iii. Select the AmBank credit card/ AmBank Islamic credit card-i for QuickCash.

iv. Select the Bank you want to “Transfer To” and enter the account number. Then, toggle the
red circle “ “ to choose the amount you want to transfer or you can edit in the amount field.

Note: Please make sure that you transfer to your own account only.

v. Verify your Card. Then, click “Continue” to proceed to next step.
